  I wish I could give more stars. This is all I can do. We dropped our motor home off at 7am, like they asked. Husband had called ahead and asked for a front end alignment, and oil change. When he called around 3 to check on how it was going, they said they had to go check and we never heard back. At the end of my husband's work day 3:30, we headed up to the shop to find the motor home sitting exactly where we dropped it off. NOTHING was done, and to top it off when my husband went in they told him the alignment machine had been broke for a few days and they could not get it fixed. Talk about frustrating!. I'm not sure if We will try Youngbloods again.

  Went to get a DOT inspection done on my truck and trailer something that is VERY easy to do but the inspector was an idiot, he kept looking at my overweight permit on my windshield saying it was to early to get my inspection done and wanted to argue with me. I finally gave up and got it done somewhere else and took about 15 minutes to get it done. By far the worst place I've ever been to.

  Es una falta de respeto lo que tienen acá con los clientes uno lleva 3 días viniendo hacer hacer inspecciones y cada ves que llego en hombre calvo que está en frente es como si le mentaras la madre primero te mira mal y después te dice 3 horas de espera esto pasó 3 días seguidos la misma historia a diferente horarios

  The guys at YB Round Rock were so nice and very helpful when my suv overheated. They had great communication with me concerning the issue and the repair was super quick.
