  Location: Hutto multicare off 130. Rico must be dealt with for his poor attitude and discraceful customer service. I'm just leaving this location and I'm flabbergasted with how awful the experience was. I got no services I needed taken care of, and was only met with apprehension and hostility for asking for a top off on my vehicle from Rico. I came here for a simple top off on my vehicle between oil changes, they immediately asked me if I had gone to a jiffy lube multicare, like that mattered (if it does matter I had never known for the several years of using jiffy lube, I confirmed with my original location that it doesn't matter). I barely got 1/4 of the way into the stall before Rico hostilely accused me of going too fast (I wasn't), I corrected and he still had an issue. I asked him why he was being so hostile he gave no response or correction and continued to accuse me of going too fast when I'm idling forward. That was my last straw, I backed out and left. This is even more frustrating because I generally like working with jiffy lube and this is the closest location to my house. Now I have to either go back to my original location, or find a new oil change service provider.

  I went to them only because they were very close to where I live but both my recent experiences were terrible . 1. Went for a tire change and the staff promised it’d be complete max of 1 to 1.5 hour. I was hoping to spare 2 hours although I was on my way to work, but ended up waiting 4 hours. The store guy didn’t even head to their warehouse and the car was sitting on the aisle waiting for it. After the work was done, their WiFi went down preventing from taking payments so waited another hour. 2. Went in for a quick oil change, but noticed technicians were also handling additional repair work for previous customer. If you want to upsell your services, those vehicles should be moved out of the fast lane. Won’t go back again. And they don’t seem to have popular tire brands instead some unknown ones still overpriced.

  I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today during my vehicle inspection and emissions test. I especially want to recognize Rico and Shante—they handled a very difficult customer with calmness and professionalism, and it truly stood out. They didn’t let the situation shake them at all and continued to provide excellent service. I also want to mention the head mechanic (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name). He was very friendly, respectful, and made the overall experience even better. It’s not every day you see a team handle pressure that well. I really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude from everyone there!

  For the past three weeks, I've been trying to get state inspection done the guys never there for the hours that it displays get off at work what 430 arrive around 50 he'll be here tomorrow at... doesn't matter cause he's not there. Three weeks.

  BEWARE… it’s taken me awhile to write this, but my husband is right and it’s important to share this. I got my oil changed in February, and after some time a light came of saying low oil pressure. We checked it and it was completely empty. After getting it looked at, some tool was used to tighten the oil filter so tight that it crushed the can and was on so tight that it caused it to leak oil. They had to hammer in a screwdriver just for enough leverage to take it off. So far my car seems to be ok, but that could easily have not been the case.
