  Wasn't bad at all. I really like the vacuums. They really had sum power. When they free like that some places dont vacuum right.

  Unfortunately, my car received minor damage as a result of a malfunction with the car wash. The undercarriage cover was partially torn and the car needs an alignment. Zips took several months to decide to deny the claim, without any explanation of the reasons to do so. Use ZIPS at your own risk (especially if you drive a Corolla) and if your car is damaged, don’t bother with making a claim because the company refuses to give good customer service. One positive: the employees at the location where this occurred were courteous and very helpful.

  I usually get really nervous going through car washes, but Brittney made the whole experience so much easier. She was so kind, patient, and reassuring while guiding me through. Her calm attitude helped me feel comfortable, and she made sure I knew exactly what to do. She has amazing customer service and truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel at ease. Thank you, Brittney, for making what is usually a stressful experience so easy!

  I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. My vehicle came out looking spotless inside and out, with attention to detail that really stood out. The wash was thorough, the vacuums were powerful, and the whole facility was clean and well-maintained. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car wash.

  Ok i never do this but here it goes....yesterday I pulled into non members lane to pay for a single car wash and a guy with a tablet came and told me I have to buy the 12.95 for membership, I refused and he got into a cussing match w me and I had to back out and leave to go up the street to pay a single wash. I am a business owner in area and was in need of wash. This guy literally tried to bully me into this program that pulls from credit card monthly . He said I was not allowed to buy a single wash it was his way or nothing ..wow!
