  I came to get a wash and the short, chubby girl, with tattoos who claimed to be a manager was extremely rude,(not sure if she is a manager) I tried asking about the types of washes and it seemed like she was trying to rush me so I would just pick a wash and get out her face, she was on the phone and really wasn’t paying attention. I hope she gets fired I would hate for anyone else to deal with her.

  The car wash is always clean and if you have any problem you can ask a question and they get right with you and find out what the problem is or if there is a problem so very friendly bunch of people

  Been a member at the Hurst location for a while, but I'm done after my last visit. This place has closed early multiple times for no real reason, which is annoying enough on its own. But last time I showed up before closing and an employee (think she was a manager) made it clear she was not happy I was there. She left me waiting about 10 minutes while she finished up closing tasks, then threw the entrance cone down pretty aggressively once she was ready. To top it off, I'm pretty sure she cut the dryers short on my cycle — my car came out still dripping wet. That's the last straw for me. Cancelling my membership because of this experience.
