  First of all this place is awesome!. Alexis and Ramon went above and beyond with assisting me it made me want to tip them. lol they absolutely deserve it. You guys should let the customer decide on that btw. I highly recommend this location

  I came through today and another lady was behind me then another customer couldn’t make up their mind at the kiosk. Meanwhile I’m stuck waiting for them to turn on the car wash to send me through. Nobody standing there to send cars through. Can’t back up, can’t go forward, stuck. I honked to get their attention. Garbage customer service. One attendant, she was rude. The “manager” who looks like a teenager came out and starts yelling at me bc I had honked my horn to get the lady’s attention. Acted as if I was sitting there blaring my horn which I was NOT. I had been a customer at zips for years. They use to have amazing staff and now it’s gone downhill. Raised their prices, poor service, nobody is ever working there and they don’t even pre spray the car anymore like they use to. My car isn’t even clean! I wouldn’t put it past them to enter a code for a basic wash even though I paid for the pro. Honestly, I want a refund. This whole situation was complete bullshit.
