  DO NOT take your car to this quick quack car wash A few weeks ago I went to get my car washed there. I went on a Friday on my lunch time to get my car washed. Since I went on my 30 min lunch time I didn’t paid attention specially when it’s a new place how would you expect damages. Until Saturday I noticed damages on the driver’s and passengers side and at the same distance. I immediately called to make the report and was told that I had to head to the location and make the report. When i arrived they were not really helpful and said the manager was not in, around 30 minutes after the same person who said the manager was not in made the report for me. It took me a few calls and emails to get an answer from a lead/manager. On an email the lead ask for license plate because it didn’t appear in their system, I sent her my transaction as a proof and didn’t got an email from her back until I called and left a voicemail. She finally called me long story short, she said my case was denied since the cameras didn’t see that my car was damaged at their car wash, and said in a sarcastic way that why I went a day after, 1. Live like 40 min away from the car wash 2. I did my report as soon as I saw the damages NOT weeks or months after. Also, I do have pictures I took the day after when immediately saw the damages and you can clearly see green marks left on my car from their bushes/ machine . You can clearly see their brush to wash the cars is green. I’m disappointed in the lack of care or concern from this company. With the leads response and arguments she made it seem I was lying. I have attached the pictures and screenshots for full transparency. I also asked for the video footage that they denied it to me unless I file a claim with my insurance company and the insurance company reaches out. Absolutely ridiculous. Please reconsider on going to this place to save you a bad experience as some of us have had.

  All associates I encountered when I got my car washed at the Quick Quack Hurst store on 7-21-26, were personable and professional.

  So I came to get my car washed, but I first do vacuum and then wash my car. Apparently they charged me five dollars to vacuum my car and I told them I was gonna wash my car still so wanted to charge me an additional 12.99 even though I paid five dollars already to vacuum my car in that case I would’ve went to another car wash and only paid $10 for both never had an issue like this before the lady was Nice enough to try to give me a refund, but the Caucasian guy really wasn’t trying to do that so I left paying five dollars for a vacuum and no car wash…….

  If I can give 0 stars I would they scratched up my car I told them next day when they opened again waited 30 minutes to speak to someone since there was no manager on duty they tell me to go through my insurance to get it repaired and send it to them 6 months later they said they reviewed footage it was like that before coming in and won’t pay any cost for previous damage I was on a support waiting like for 8 hours to speak to someone before I just hung up and gave up I would like to add nobody ever spoke to me about anything they said below

  First time, the attendant was super nice, explained and recommended the type of service. Not only was listening to the needs of the car but also mine, I made a comment and he listened and was super empathetic with my situation. I left crying of hope knowing that in a world so full of hate gems like him are still found. I don't remember his name but he made my day and won a Customer forever. The vacuum system is great! I hope they keep the level of service the same way because from beginning to end was great. I will see you next time.
