  Stopped in for an emissions test. Jason was great. Friendly and efficient. He was so kind to check my filters and found they were horribly dirty. I appreciate him going above and beyond to advise me of their condition. I gladly replaced them.

  Not good enough. They broke the container stand of my wiper water container, not even advising the owner. I will not come back on this shop. Very tricky people.

  Great experience - I came here to have an emissions test, get an oil change, and a few other smaller services. Every worker I spoke with was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were able to complete all work much quicker than expected, while also helping other customers as well. Definitely will be coming back, highly recommend.

  I had to come back and change my original review because no one wanted to reach back to me. Long story short . I asked for conventional oil change. They were so persistent that I didn’t get that one. When we spoke about blends and pricing I agreed to the blend. The guy tried showing my filters and before he could finish. I cut him off and said I don’t want to change them, I’m with my child and ready to go home.” He asked me if I was sure ? That it was only$17 to replace. He even involved my child to convince me to change it. KEEP MY KID OUT OF YOUR UPSELLING. I said no. He came back and told me that my engine levels were low and that I need an engine flush with my oil change. That it was only $100 for 10 minutes. Feeling pressured , I thought about and still said no. He said he’ll leave a note for next time. There will be no next time. I was expecting to pay $92 with taxes but my total was $117.17 . I paid and looked at the invoice . There was a comment saying that I verbally and agreed to the original price change. NO ONE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT THE INCREASE IN price. I googled the name of the oil they gave me and THE GUY GAVE FULL SYNTHETIC OIL. I asked for synthetic blend and got full. I also read that MY engine levels were full when he told me they were low. I may not no how to change my oil but I do no how to read. My bf was a witness to all of this. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOURE A GIRL! Warning to females !!!! They will lie and deceive you. Very pushy employees. The manager will say they will reach out but no one will. Look at the other low star reviews . They’re women who have been done dirty. DO NOT COME HERE.
