    My battery died on my Volkswagen, and Chris at Advance Auto Parts was awesome! He took the time to run tests, recommend a replacement battery, and walk me through other options to compare. He installed the new battery for me and even replaced my rear windshield wiper. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

    My battery died and someone was nice enough to give me a jump. I then stopped at Advanced Auto Parts on Pipeline and Chris was so very helpful with his recommendations for a new battery and then spent about 30 minutes ( there were some issues with getting the old nuts off of old battery) and then it took him no time at all to install the new battery. He was very polite and knowledgeable and I felt I was in very good hands. Such wonderful service that I have vowed never to use OReilly’s ever again. Thank you Chris🤗

    Came to buy a battery they told me their system was down that I could buy it and if it wasn’t it I could return it. The battery was not the right one and when I came to return it with in 30 minutes they told me I could not return it.

    I visited the location at Precinct Line Road, and was delighted to encounter Brandi, the store manager. Not only was she very personable, she educated me on the windshield wipers that I bought, installed them for me, and gave me advice on how to take proper care of them. She is extremely pleasant and professional, a wonderful representation of your company. I will continue to use this location as long as you employ people like Brandi.

    On 03/23/2026 I purchased a Diehard battery for my truck from this location. My truck began slow starting until 4/20/26. My local mechanic informed me the battery was "junk" and wouldn't keep a charge. I took it back and was informed by Trish (who tested the battery and confirmed it was bad) they didn't give refunds and the branch manager was off and wouldn't return until Thursday. Trish told me in a careless and lazy way no refunds were issued and schooled me on their warranty policy.. I refused to believe Advance Auto Parts operated in such a negative way and immediately left this store and called the Corporate office. They showed excellent customer service and advised me to visit their location at 603 Euless Blvd, store #5623. The staff there( Sedric R, Calvin Shemar and Ruth) were extremely helpful in processing a full refund and making sure my customer service experience was satisfactory.
