    On my last rental the customer service was below standard. When I called to inform the manager she was very mono-tone with her response. I would not recommend this location unless it is absolutely needed.

    The team at Enterprise was so responsive. From actually talking to people on the phone when we called, answered all questions promptly, very friendly and kind. We were dealing with insurance and they were knowledgeable about that. We would definitely use them again.

    Would leave zero stars if i could because the misinformation and lies. I went through booking.com and was only supposed to pay $68 and they said it would be $368 when I arrived and told them to go ahead and cancel. They lie to their customers and misrepresent their actual price. NEVER GO HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!

    Wasn’t allowed to rent a car because we are European tourists who don’t have an American credit card. If you’re European or tourists from another country and don’t have an American credit line don’t bother trying to rent one here because you’ll just waste your time trying.
