They called me saying they don’t have one at the time I need it but will work on it. Came hours later they still don’t have one. I asked to speak to manager they tell me she knows about it. 4pm comes around still no van but they working on it. They keep telling me. Not only that have a child in a wheel chair have bags ready to go n never call me back and most of all leave us with no vehicle. . And the. They still try to charge me for a rental use. Just horrible that new manager and staff just horrible.

Came the day Friday to pick up van and they called don’t have one. They called me saying they working on it. I had to leave by four o’clock and they called 8am So 12pm hits I called still no van and still working on it. Came four pm and no one calls me so I decide to call them again they say am working on it still. Come on really working on it hour before you close. Told them I like to speak to manager now there. And they say she knows about what can she do still looking for one. Sad what this place has become with new manager. Just issues after issues. What a mess there now. Rented 10-20 cars in a year now have to to Conroe or the woodlands tx.

- ATAngela TurnerAug 7, 20265.0The team at Enterprise was so responsive. From actually talking to people on the phone when we called, answered all questions promptly, very friendly and kind. We were dealing with insurance and they were knowledgeable about that. We would definitely use them again.
