I got my second vehicle from Charlie’s used cars, in March of this year. Today I was told I needed a new transmission. That’s over 1/2 the value of the vehicle. This never happened with my first vehicle.

I do not recommend buying any vehicle from this place. They sold me a truck and immediately started causing problems. They want ridiculous amount of money to fix it after they charge me $300 for a diagnostic and couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it. The trade in value they gave me was next to nothing and tell me my truck is only worth $3,000 while I still owe over $10,000 on it. Stay away from this place they will screw you!

I will never buy a car anywhere else. They have earned my business for life!
