  I’ve called multiple times to receive assistance & have been hung up on every single time. This has been an occurring thing for a few days. Their customer service on the phone is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

  Wont change a 12v on a hybrid. Crazy since hybrid cars have been out a quarter century at this point, and the 12v isnt any different than an ICE car. Will not be coming back.

  We came in for a simple battery test and replacement. I'm not quite sure whom all of the positive reviews are for, but the customer experience we had was terrible. I've only left 1 or so reviews, but this I had to do. About 3 words from the guy, he just pointed at screens. He seemed to want to chat more with his co-worker, could've cared less to be there. Out of all the times that we've been there and had great experiences in the past, I'm sorry but this just warranted a review. Apologies to the great people that we have dealt with before, but this guy definitely seemed to not want to be there, you could tell. What is it with employees now? The battery was exactly what we needed, but if I had that sort of attitude and treatment towards customers I would've been reemed out or fired. I would bend over backwards to make the customer enjoy the experience as much as possible. Not him. Again, apologies to all of the other great people that have helped us in the past.

  The best place everrrrr!!!! 105° and our AC was out and we were helped soooo so much!!! Thank you Autozone!! We will only use Autozone for all of our issues

  Sarah at AutoZone was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and never once made me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars. She was incredibly patient, considerate, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right solution instead of just rushing me out the door. Customer service like hers is so hard to find these days. She went above and beyond, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. Honestly, she was so kind and helpful that she almost made me want something to go wrong with my car again just so I’d have an excuse to come back and see her! 😂 AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Sarah on their team. She deserves all the recognition for the outstanding service she provides.
