  It was very easy to schedule an appointment and Geico paid for the repair directly, so I didn’t have to haggle with anyone after the fact. I was assisted immediately upon entering the store and was out in less than 40 minutes with an excellent repair job done! Great technician!

  If I could give no stars I would! They did not complete the job and left screws out. Also they did not have the proper software to finish the job. Had to go to the dealership and get them to finish the job and correct what they messed up.

  1) they only have call center which hangs up and provides no info other than “it should be soon” it only takes 2 hours. They had it 5 hrs and before I took another $40 Uber I wanted to confirm it was ready, impossible 2) the first window wasn’t good they said they would order another and reinstall the following week, after leaving it for 5 hours they claim they ordered the other window but decided not to change it. No one told us this via phone call OR when we picked it up 3) after picking up the car, I stayed in the parking lot to confirm it had been changed. Fortunately I had taken pictures of the first one they installed only to see, the bugs in the window in the same place, inspection sticker, etc. I went back and told the “manager” it did looked the same as the other windshield. He said “ oh, didn’t anybody let you know that we decided not to change it”

  I called my Allstate insurance Company and they gave me a phone # to call to get scheduled for a windshield replacement. They set an appointment for June 30, 2026 between 12:00 noon and 5:00 PM. I am a very busy person, and it is hard fro me to set aside a 5 hour window to wait for a service. At 4:55 PM I called the scheduling line again. They told me they will call and find out why. When they called, no one answered. I received no notifications by phone, by e-mail, by text.......nothing. I called again today July 1, 2026 and was told that my appointment had been canceled, because they said they could not recalibrate my vehicle. Funny, I had it done by them over a year ago, and they had no problem doing the recalibration. Buyer beware....don't waste your precious time. You have the right to choose the shop that you get your work done by. Safelite Replace, Safelite disappoints.

  I would like to recognize Nicole at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I spoke with her, she was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. When we discovered that the windshield installed was the wrong type, Nicole immediately was on it She stayed on top of everything, kept me informed, and assured me that she would get it fixed. True to her word, she followed through and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. Nicole's dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. She is an absolute angel and a wonderful representation of what great customer service should be! I would like to also recognize Technician James for the outstanding service he provided while calibrating my windshield. He was fast, professional, and reassuring from the very beginning. He let me know upfront that he would take care of everything and that I didn't need to worry. When he came out after the calibration, my heart dropped because I thought something had gone wrong, based on a previous experience. However, James immediately put my mind at ease. He took the time to explain everything in detail, assured me that everything was working properly, and kept me informed throughout every step of the process. James is a hardworking, knowledgeable professional who truly cares about his customers. His excellent communication and dedication made all the difference. We need more technicians like James!
