  The tech showed up early, explained the process and got it done very quickly! I had a small rock chip in front windshield. I was shocked that after the process, I could not even see the rock chip!

  The staff was very helpful and friendly. My appt was a drop and go. I dropped at 7:30am and returned after work to pick up. The thing I was most worried about was the recalibration being done correctly. I am very satisfied with the service provided to me. I have been a safelite customer throughout the years and trust the quality of work given.

  First time using Safelite for windshield replacement, during scheduling my appointment I contacted safelite via phone and the representative told me USAA would only cover aftermarket windshield based on my 2017 Jeep model, but she went ahead and submitted a request to USAA for an EOM/mopar original windshield which was approved. Only had paid the deductible. Technician contacted me the day of and before arriving as well, fast and very professional service. Very satisfied with the service from costumer service, scheduling online, to the technician. 100% recommend

  I was very pleased with the work that Safelite did for me. And the staff was very pleasant to work with. What I did not care for was the fact that I was not told about some parts that I need for my windshield replacement, until the day of my initial appointment. I think that should have been something that came up when I received my original quote. I also do not care for the Safelite phone system, because it will not allow you to call the branch directly. And there are too many buttons to have to press to get the information that you need. But I would still recommend Safelite for windshield replacement .

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited all day for a technician and then called the help line and the person said the line would be open til 10 and did nothing to offer solutions about no one coming. My slot was from 12-5 and still no one has showed up. Honestly disrespectful for a business to not show their paying customers courtesy. The text line said I got ‘administratively unscheduled’. I understand things happen, but everyone has things going on. If you want to waste 10+ hours of your life I would recommend going here!!! UPDATE: going on day two and no one can seem to get ahold of the shop— me or safelite customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would 100% go somewhere else but I already submitted a claim with my insurance. UPDATE: finally got ahold of the shop number, weren’t very compassionate of the situation and finally got an appointment in the shop. UPDATE PT 2: went in today and got my windshield replaced finally. My appointment was at 9:30 and got in my car at 12:55. I asked to talk to the manager as soon as I got there and was told he would come talk to me at some point, which I talked to him as I was checking out and told him the situation, which then led to him telling me one of the techs got heat exhaustion (not unexpected it’s Houston) but I told him it’s not what happened it’s the lack of communication and then went on to tell me more excuses. I did not have the pay for the upgrade I wanted that my insurance did not cover, which they should have done tbh.
