Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER TRUST MY VEHICLE TO SAFELITE AGAIN. They did not complete the service and lied to me about returning to complete the work they should have done to begin with

Excellent job replacing my windshield! I would always get a technician at the dealership to come out and try to get me to replace my windshield but I usually decline. Then, one morning I went to check and see what would the cost be to to get a replacement and went online and saw 3 different options to choose from! And…. O top of that, I received a nice discount that was available at the time of installation. The technician Kay, came out to install and he was very professional and when he had a small hitch in calibration, ha gave me a couple of options and I chose to try and continue to calibrate. He spent another 20 minutes and it finally calibrated and boom, done! Great job SafeLite!

Warranty is worthless. Avoid Safelite. Installed a new windshield and a few months later the rear view mirror falls off because of faulty Safelite windshield replacement. A new windshield, mirror, and holder required to reattach mirror. Safelite says my warranty is voided because Safelite repaired a tiny rock chip with a shot of goo a few weeks ago. I'm now responsible for a whole new windshield, mirror, and holder. Warranty is useless. Give your business to anyone but Safelite and thank me later

I made a request to have a small crack less than 6 inches repaired. My appointment time was from 12pm -5pm. I received a call around 4:05pm stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived at 4:45pm looked at the windshield and said the whole thing had to be replaced. When I asked why, he stayed because the crack has a curve in it..... Why is this not a stipulation that needs to be covered before booking an appointment? I will definitely be going to another company but this was a waste of time for sure I would not recommend

Unexpectedly very happy with this transaction. I shopped like everyone else. Starting with the company with the big name. Got their price and shopped it. Very surprised when I discovered they were not only the beat price but the quickest no bs quote. I paid it and scheduled and the appointment was on time and very well communicated every step of the way. I am not used to this kind of service. They raised the bar and my expectations for the next service I need to have provided.
