  The people in the service department were friendly, but they kept my car for 10 weeks before finally repairing it. That amount of time is excessive and an inconvenience. Every week (after week 3) they texted to say it was going to be one more week before it was completed. I am glad after 10 weeks that my car is repaired.

  Brought my truck here for cam phaser problems 3 times on 4th time they told me I need a new engine and need to pay 8700 for it. Truck was 2019 V8 F-150 with only 70k miles on it. Ford really let me down, traded the piece of crap in for a RAM truck never getting a ford again.

  Stephen Bishop went above and beyond fixing our Ford F-150. He was professional, kind, caring, and incredibly prompt throughout the entire process. He truly takes care of his customers and makes you feel valued every step of the way. His honesty, communication, and dedication are exactly why Randall Reed is such an amazing place to go. We are so grateful for his outstanding service and highly recommend asking for Stephen Bishop if you want someone who genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles!

  Best Ford service department I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They did five services on my truck and had me back in it in a little over 24hrs. I was shocked and so grateful. Friendly, helpful staff, McKenzie was lovely. Thanks again

  Just want to thank all the folks at the Ford Collision Center for taking care of my Maverick for me. Great people there, very friendly and they show how much they appreciate their customers. Wasn't a bad accident thank God, but my truck looks good again!
