  This location has outstanding customer service and does a great job. It doesn't matter if you need new tires, a tire repaired , suspension service, they treat you well and they complete the service without trying to get you to pay for something they found....You know what I mean. Faith is knowledgeable about the entire suspension system and is an excellent person to represent this place.

  I came in this morning with what I thought was a simple tire issue after hitting a pothole. What the team at NTB discovered was much more extensive — belt separation on both front tires, worn front struts, tie rods with play, a wheel bearing issue, and low fluids. My car was genuinely unsafe and I had no idea how serious it was until I brought it in. From the moment I walked through the door, Faith made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress free. She walked me through every single item the technician found, explained what was safety critical, answered every question I had with patience and honesty, and never once made me feel pressured. She went above and beyond to work with me on pricing and made sure I was getting the best value possible for everything being done. Her professionalism and genuine care for the customer made an overwhelming situation feel completely manageable. The service technicians were thorough and clearly knew what they were doing. They identified every issue accurately, completed a full front end rebuild, and had my car back to me the same day running completely smooth with zero noise. The quality of work speaks for itself. The manager and the entire service team deserve recognition for running a shop that is honest, efficient, and customer focused. The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises — and they even threw in a complimentary service on top of everything. I came in with a dangerous car and left with a completely rebuilt reliable vehicle at a great price. I will not be taking my car anywhere else. NTB Humble has earned a customer for life.

  I don't do this often. So hopefully they appreciate the feedback. Will and his team have ALWAYS been as professional as can be. Have never tried to over sell me..... and most importantly, gracious and patient with me as I can be quite a hand full forward mechanic. They have not always given ne the best of news but they have always gone above and beyond to serve the customer. .. that is a direct result of Will and his leadership. Devon we don't know each other but your Manager is irreplaceable and deserves a raise and a bonus. Just for my truck alone... believe me when I tell you, they have seen the full extent of my undercarriage. Top notch. No notes.
