- JCJeanne Cardenas6 days ago5.0It was horrible that I got 2 flat tires on the expressway, on my way to the airport. It was LUCKY that it happened right at the NTB exit. I walked in to the lobby 1 minute before the posted closing time, but Kim and everyone at NTB stayed late and made sure that I was taken care of! She was so sweet and made sure that the tires I needed were in stock (and I scheduled to have my sensors replaced at the same time). It was ready for pickup at 10am the next morning. Thank you Kim and NTB!!

- JBJuan BarriosMay 6, 20265.0I had to replace a stem valve and they got it done pretty quickly. Was in and about in about 10 minutes. Would highly recommend coming to this place! It’s clean and people here are really friendly!! The price to get it fixed was very fair as well!!

Ray answered the phone. I came straight over here. Kim and Ray were both so nice and helpful when I came in. Billy was the one who worked on my car and he was also very helpful, he showed me some other things I had wrong with my Tahoe to keep an eye on for the future. He and Kim were honest with me and only sold me the 2 tires I needed replaced. None of them tried to oversell me on things I didn’t need or overcharge me - like some other shops do - just good honest service! I definitely recommend this location!! 10/10
