And now they're saying I'm past due of $96 dollar payment for the first month. Guess they got me, it's a cruel, cruel world we live in. Now there's no way to speak to a human being on the phone to try and resolve this matter. I call and it's all robots. Oh, and my agent Jeanna's phone is disconnected.
