  Spoke with Bruce From Humble location, and he was the most well spoken and empathetic person I met at an enterprise location. Kept asking how my day was and assuring me that the return was good. I appreciate your time Bruce .

  I’ve put off writing this review for a long time because, selfishly, I didn’t want everyone discovering my favorite Enterprise location. But credit is overdue. Bruce and his staff have consistently provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. They’re knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely care about making sure customers are taken care of. Every rental experience has been smooth, and any questions or concerns have always been handled with patience and expertise. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Bruce and his team continue to set the standard. That’s exactly why this has become my go-to Enterprise location whenever I need a vehicle. Thank you, Bruce and the entire staff, for always making the process easy and stress-free. You’ve earned a loyal customer.

  Had an unpleasant experience. I had an unfulfilled vehicle reservation. I made a reservations using my email and they claim they emailed me to a completely different email address to let me know they couldn’t fulfill it. Why wouldn’t they email me to the email I used to make my reservation? Then the front desk lady gave me an attitude as if she was the one that that had been inconvenienced. This is very upsetting ad I really needed this particular vehicle. I had it reserved for three days, too.
