Waited for almost 2 hours to get a car (this is with an appointment time). Then few days later, called to inquire about upgrading the car. It’s either no one is answering or reception is bad and said they’ll call back, but no one ever did.

FallCreek location !!!! 🥰 There is a young lady that works there and she has the most amazing CS skills and is very helpful and she knows her stuff . She made my process very easy and her nails are amazing too

My insurance sent me here because I was in a car accident. Enterprise Fall Creek provided me with the Ford Edge to drive. When I drove it for a day I realized that it was drinking the gas. Gas at this time was $4 a gallon. I called up and explained this to them and they told me to come back Friday to put me in another vehicle. I went up there Friday just to drive away in the gas again and asked to come back Saturday morning and they promised they would have me something. I drove up there Saturday. Only to be turned away again in the same vehicle to be promised that something will be available Monday. It happened again Monday. At this point I am putting gas in this thing every single day and wasting more gas traveling back and forth to enterprise on empty promises. They played in my face. They played with my time and they played with my money. I dropped that truck off and told them I rather ride the bus. DO NOT GET THE 2024 FORD EDGE FROM THEM!!!!

The staff was great, Kacie and Bruce are the two people who made this experience with enterprise amazing. My car was in the shop and I had to keep extending my contact. I was very frustrated and every time I call the were very polite and professional they assured me that it was fine to extend the contact and whatever I needed they would extend with no problem. I spoke with them on the phone every time I spoke to them I felt so relieved.
I did not have a way back home after returning the car and Kacie drove me back to my house. While I was waiting for my ride back home two other customers came in and they were very polite, professional and efficient with the customers. I did not have to wait over fifteen minutes for my ride home.
You have a wonderful staff at the location.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!
Atrocious service! Had a reservation confirmed, was told at 7:30 AM, 1.5 hours prior to pickup, they did not have my vehicle. Rental was for a business trip. I called customer service and was told a vehicle was available at a different location. Enterprise modified my reservation for the second location and once again confirmed my reservation. I was dropped off at the second location only to be told they didn’t have anything vehicles as well.
Due to this horrible service, I will now buy a $900.00 plane ticket and a rental once I land, but it won’t be with Enterprise.
This is the type of service that costs customers, I will be cancelling the 5 other reservations I have with enterprise as well. I’m officially done with Enterprise and their atrocious customer service.
