  Worst Enterprise Branch ever. Made the reservation at 8:30. Got here at 8:30, and there was only one person waiting in front of me. They asked me to wait 20mins to clean up the car, and now it’s 9:20 almost an hour just took them to clean up. Do not ever rent from this branch, very unprofessional.

  Ugh.. Very frustrating experience. I agreed to pay extra for a larger vehicle since they didn’t have the one I originally wanted. One employee had already handed me the keys and we were finishing the transaction when another employee came outside and insisted I had to take a different vehicle because it was within my insurance rate and had just become available. I explained multiple times that I didn’t mind paying the difference and preferred the larger vehicle, but my concerns were completely ignored. The employees contradicted each other, and the whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I hope I don’t have to rent from this location again.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION I have always been willing to pay more to rent with Enterprise because of its reputation. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect that reputation at all. This location is terrible. Do yourself a favor and rent from the airport, even if it’s less convenient. We arrived 45 min after our scheduled pickup time and were told that because we were “late,” they had given our vehicle away. When we asked what vehicles were available, the agent said he first needed all of our information. He scanned our IDs and asked who our employers were and if we are married. We rent cars for business travel almost weekly and have never once been asked these questions… and if you’d like to know why I was late, it’s because I was working! After going through the entire check in process we were told the only vehicles available were small cars. I paid extra for a standard SUV, so why would I accept a downgrade for the same price? The agent said another option is to wait 2 hours or so for another SUV, (although again smaller than what I booked) to be delivered, with no real estimate on when it would arrive. The most frustrating part wasn’t even that they gave our reserved vehicle away. The agent was not helpful at all, showed no sense of urgency, and never once apologized for the inconvenience. A simple “I’m sorry” would have gone a long way. If they were concerned about our arrival time, why not call to confirm we were still coming? Also the questions about our employment and marriage status was especially strange and intrusive. It felt like we were being treated as if we’d done something wrong or were under suspicion. Poor inventory, poor customer service, inefficient, and a complete lack of accountability.
