Hey cousinnn,
Okay so I had a wreck on April 11 a Saturday. That Monday progressive called and made a reservation for the humble location because that’s where my apartment is. I called the location asked if they could send me a ride or what was the process because I didn’t have a way & the insurance lady said they will come pick you up. The lady said it’s 5:29 if we did pick you up it won’t be today. And we don’t do no car delivery. I told her I’m going off progressive saying YALL would pick me up. She said & im telling what we do. So I went to work which is in Katy and asked progressive to switch the reservation there. Morton ranch location came got me and gave me a car but it was smaller than my car and had no trunk space. I have the baby I work with and need the stroller and my services are mobile. They said it was the only car. Get home three days later car won’t start. They said bring it back so brought it back to Morton ranch they gave me the same car different color. She said it was the weather changing and being cold probably. Told them I’m 6ft, back issues and no trunk. She said a car just arrived so I Waited for an Elantra to be cleaned and took it. Today the tire pressure was low. I pulled to a shell to put air. It went all the way to 4. I called the number and asked about roadside the lady told me it’s $55 for their roadside or I could use mine. She said progressive only pays for rental nothing else. My insurance is an app n I have to put in my car info so it wouldn’t work. I told her I’m on side the road with a 6 month old in the rain. She said they would waive the fee and send a truck. It took a hour and almost thirty minutes. He put a spare on it. The lady said after the spare is on go to Walker location they will trade out the car. I drove to Walker location she said I don’t know why they sent you here we don’t have any cars try airport. So I Called back Katy location manger says hold on waited thirty minutes she says could I make it there. Then says we will send somebody to switch cars. This started at 11:30 I didn’t get a car and leave until about 3:15pm. So she came with an Altima on half tank says she sorry and when I bring it back ion have to fill it up and what gas I put she’ll reimburse it. Service whole time been so ghetto like I would never use them and only reason I did this time is because progressive sent me to them.

Pros: great service, decent prices, flexible rental agreements, lots of trucks
Cons: getting an actual car/sedan is rare
These guys and ladies have helped me at least 3 times when I needed a rental car and my dealership didn't have any available. They even quickly revised my rental agreement and gave me an extension after the dealership took longer than expected to finish working on my car! Whether I needed a car in the morning right as they opened, or in the afternoon right before they closed, no matter if I had an appointment or was a walk-in, they got me in some kind of rental vehicle ASAP. And their vehicles are always clean too.
They seem to have a limited number of sedans (or maybe they're in high demand as rentals), so it's likely that you'll be stuck with the only sedan they have available at the time, or (more likely) you'll get an SUV. They always seem to have plenty of trucks for rental though. That's really the only thing to look out for, but I would still highly recommend this location for your rental car needs!

Atrocious service! Had a reservation confirmed, was told at 7:30 AM, 1.5 hours prior to pickup, they did not have my vehicle. The rental was for a business trip. I called customer service and was told a vehicle was available at a different location. Enterprise modified my reservation for the second location and once again confirmed my reservation. I was dropped off at the second location, only to be told they didn’t have any vehicles as well.
Because of the service, I will purchase a $900.00 plane ticket and a rental once I land, but it won’t be with Enterprise.
This is the type of service that costs customers. I will be canceling the 5 other reservations I have with Enterprise as well. I’m officially done with Enterprise and their atrocious customer service.

When I asked for a manager at this location, I was told the manager would not be available for a while. Now you want to apologize for the inconvenience? Are you kidding me, Christina? You never once attempted to call me today. Instead, you post this copy-and-paste response that is absolutely worthless in solving the problem. I have called Enterprise customer service four different times today, and each time, I was told a manager would call me back. It is now 5:00 PM, and I still have not received a phone call. I have canceled all my upcoming reservations with Enterprise and will never rent from them again. Please do not insult further customers by replying with a condescending copy-and-paste response that is absolutely worthless. Your customer service is atrocious. As a rental car company, Enterprise is unreliable.

I was involved in a vehicle accident and the other driver's policy put me in a rental vehicle and this was the closest location. I am not going to single out any one person because they are all exceptional employees and exceed expectations when it come to customer service. The facility is very nice, organized and clean location from the outside to the interior of the buildings. I have been to several Enterprise locations and many should strive to be a nice as this one and should strive to reach the customer service level of the location. This location and its employees have set the bar high for many Enterprise facilities and employees to meet.
