  Been going to Autozone 15+ years for battery, brake light, and windshield wiper replacements. This location is the first one ever to refuse a brake light change. First staff member said we’re too busy right now you’ll have to wait. I said ok I’ll wait. Second staff member came then said we don’t do them here we don’t have the tools. That is not true, every Autozone has the tools. That is like a bakery saying they don’t have flour. Will be taking my business to O’Reilly

  Horrible experience that I ever had I I called at 9 AM to see if they had the parts in the store. They told me that they had the parts and I told them I will come pick it up at 12 o’clock. I got there at 12 o’clock on my lunch break. They tell me that they didn’t have the parts in the store. Nobody called me to warn me to let me know that they had the parts in the store or they didn’t have the parts in the store. They said that they ordered it, but didn’t call me and tell me that they ordered the parts they told me the parts will be there by 2 o’clock and we’ll have it delivered to you. 2 o’clock came no parts 5 o’clock came the parts come without one rotor. I ordered two rotors and brakes horrible experience I ever had here. It’s always something at AutoZone. AutoZone doesn’t give you great customer service when you walk in the door they don’t ask if you need help with anything. It’s just a bad experience all the way around never again.

  Mama Rose is SOOOOO understanding!!! 😂😂😂 She’s always so nice, sweet, and helpful. And my dog Andrew is the same way — super understanding and GREAT customer service! 😂😂😂 No hassle when it comes to returns, and that’s why I love them — like, LEGIT love them! 😂😂😂❤️ My one and only AutoZone! 🥹😂

  All 3 men working there i guess had a bad day, and didn’t hold the door for me on 3 different occasions. I have never experienced this. I felt unwelcomed from the moment I walked in. I pray you guys have a better day.

  Bryant at Autozone saved me so much money by helping me find my battery warranty and changing it out for me!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’m always reminded why when I come here. 10/10 service year after year. Love them truly
