Tyler was very helpful. So, this is not about his service. However, I took the afternoon off with the intent to purchase a Pre-owned Rav 4 listed on their website at $22,000 and change. After a test drive I was informed that the listed price did not include an $899 VIP package that is apparently mandatory. Much worse, I was then informed that it also did not include a $1,000 charge for some coating they put on the paint PLUS another $800 charge for "nitrogen and tint". These last two charges were mentioned nowhere in the listing nor were they mentioned when I called ahead. So, in reality the list price was $2,700 higher that what was posted in their online listing. They "very generously" offered to subtract one of the $800 hidden charges. LOL. I would not have wasted my time had the actual price just been listed. This is deceptive. So, note to anyone who is looking at their pre-owned listings.... the price if probably about $2,700 higher than they will tell you until you actually get there and have already wasted your whole afternoon.
We recently purchased a vehicle from Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Mike Winger, was amazing and walked us through the entire process, making the experience enjoyable instead of stressful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
The finance manager, Mike, was also fantastic. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible and made the financing process as painless and straightforward as possible.
This is the 4th car we have purchased from Shottenkirk, and we will definitely be back again in the future. Their service department is amazing as well and always takes great care of us. Highly recommend!

Working with Toyota sales professional Greg was a great experience from start to finish. Greg was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping customers find the right vehicle without pressure. He took the time to answer every question clearly, explained all the features and financing options, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free.
What stood out most was Greg’s professionalism and honesty. He listened carefully to customer needs, respected budgets, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and memorable.
Anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy car-buying experience would appreciate working with Greg at Toyota.
Our visit to Shottenkirk Toyota last Thursday was a mixed experience.
On the positive side, our salesman Greg was very personable and communicative. He even went the extra mile by sending us a video of the vehicle we were interested in without us having to ask, which we appreciated.
However, things became frustrating once we began discussing the deal. I came in already pre-approved through Capital One, yet the dealership attempted to offer financing at nearly double my approved rate. On top of that, they added roughly $4,000 to the sales price for items like nitrogen-filled tires, window tint, and dent repair—none of which we requested.
When I asked for those add-ons to be removed, I was told they couldn’t be. This was especially concerning considering the vehicle was used and already had tinted windows. At that point, the entire situation felt misleading and left a very bad impression.
Thankfully, we were able to go to another dealership that stayed open for us and completed a straightforward, fair purchase without any of these issues.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

I’m now driving an amazing Toyota Tundra 1794 i‑Force 4x4 at a fantastic price, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you’re looking for a dealership that delivers on its promises, treats you right, and actually cares about your experience, this is the place. And make sure you ask for James Hensley — he will take care of you.
