  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just want to give a huge shoutout to Heidi Karsh! She was absolutely amazing to work with when I was buying my car. She was patient, helpful, and actually listened to what I was looking for. She made the whole process so much easier and didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed into anything. I really appreciate everything she did to help me get into my car. If you’re looking for someone who will actually take the time to work with you and make the car-buying experience a good one, I definitely recommend Heidi! She’s awesome! ❤️

  I tried to acquire a used car from them today. Their website advertised a price which was supposedly transparent. Then the quote that I received had an additional $4,500 packed on of unwanted packages and upgrades. (The $3,000 of sales taxes were on top of that $4,500 of junk fees, packages, etc.) When I informed the manager that their website said the price was all inclusive except for the sales tax, he said," the website is maintained by a third party and we are not responsible for what they post." Uhhmmmm, false advertising AND sleazy sales tactics.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Heidi Karsh at Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford. This experience was especially meaningful to me because my late husband purchased our Toyota Tundra from there before he passed away, so Toyota already holds a very special place in my heart. Heidi went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire experience. And patient with senior citizens. She never made me feel pressured or like just another customer. What meant the most to me was the compassion and understanding Heidi showed. She treated me like a person, listened to me, answered every question, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than simply transactional. Heidi is truly an exceptional representative of Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on me. I am incredibly grateful for the way she treated me and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will go the extra mile. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt respected, informed, and genuinely taken care of. Heidi was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly personable. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and she took the time to listen to what I needed and explain everything clearly. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and Heidi is truly an asset to Toyota. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.   Google review is filled with fake posts for this business. Check out yelp where it’s harder to fake. I am very disappointed with how this dealership handled the numbers. Before making the trip, I was comparing their deal with an offer from Carvana. Based on the numbers I was given, I thought their deal was competitive enough to make the drive. I drove almost 2 hours to the dealership. Once I got there, however, a number of additional fees were added and the amount I would need to pay jumped to about $54,500 instead of the roughly $50K+ I was expecting. They gave me several explanations for why they couldn’t compete with Carvana’s deal, which is fine but that should have been made clear before I drove all the way there. I ultimately walked away from the deal and had another hour drive home. My issue isn’t simply that they couldn’t beat Carvana. My issue is that if I had been given the true numbers upfront, I never would have made the trip in the first place. For anyone traveling any distance to buy from this dealership, I strongly recommend asking for a complete out-the-door breakdown, including every fee, in writing before you go.
