When they tell you they have your reservation, they have a car available, they’ll pick you up from the collision center on time… you should know it’s nothing more than a lie. They have terrible service and just like other locations, are deceitful to customers. It’s terrible.
I had a 15 passenger van booked at least a week prior from the pick up date. An hour and a half before the scheduled pick up time I get an email from Andrew at the Hudson Oaks location wanting me to call. When I call, they explained to me that they don’t have any 15 passenger vans in the region, which is what I scheduled.
I had a very important family event with a van full of kids that I was needing it for within hours of picking it up. I can’t believe this company would wait that long to notify a client that they simply don’t have anything in the region. Poor customer service with no options to rectify the situation.

TJ did an awesome job when I picked up my car on April 22 and remembered everything about my situation when I dropped the car off on May 11! He is friendly, fast, efficient and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Even though my insurance was slow to get the authorization over to Enterprise following a tornado, T.J., Cash and “Ms. Thang” were super awesome and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!
Super friendly customer service. Greeted us at the door when we drove up. Ease of getting the car showing us the details about it. Kind of weird spot to get to the rental place but it worked out.
