I had never rented a car before, but had to while my car was in the shop. State Farm neglected to put rental coverage on my policy, (don't trust what is said, always check the paperwork), then told me I could get a discount with my claim number. What they don't tell you is you can't get a discount with a claim number unless you book at an Enterprise location. Needless to say, I didn't get the discount. Don't trust the price you see on line, if you make a reservation on line. I thought I reserved a car for $65/day and it turned out to be $95/day. Returning it 3 days early, I was only credited $150 and my deposit. My own fault for being too busy to read everything through and trusting. I hope this information, that I learned the expensive way, helps someone.

The Hudson Oaks location was absolutely amazing. The customer service was top tier–had me out the parking lot in under 40 minutes. This is the only location I will use from now on.

Everyone there was fast, courteous, and accommodating.
When they tell you they have your reservation, they have a car available, they’ll pick you up from the collision center on time… you should know it’s nothing more than a lie. They have terrible service and just like other locations, are deceitful to customers. It’s terrible.

I had a 15 passenger van booked at least a week prior from the pick up date. An hour and a half before the scheduled pick up time I get an email from Andrew at the Hudson Oaks location wanting me to call. When I call, they explained to me that they don’t have any 15 passenger vans in the region, which is what I scheduled.
I had a very important family event with a van full of kids that I was needing it for within hours of picking it up. I can’t believe this company would wait that long to notify a client that they simply don’t have anything in the region. Poor customer service with no options to rectify the situation.
