  They requested approval for an estimate of $1870, which we approved. Then, without our consent, they did some other things and increased the invoice to $4870. When i checked the 2 invoices, besides the things they made without our approval also there was a 40% difference in part prices between the two invoices. When we objected, they claimed estimate prices were incorrect and that the current price was the correct one. We experienced many problems and ended up paying extra money to get our truck back from them. I would never recommend them. They hung up on us.

  It was great working with the Body Shop at this location. They heard me, and worked with me for what was needed and did it within my timeline. I will gladly use them again if further work is needed.

  This shop deserves more than 5 star rating.I had my 2020 Volvo VNL 860 in for major roof repair,fairings replacement,muffler replacement,etc and it was done ever before the time frame that was given to us. The quality od work is top notch and customer service is amazing. Hector was my guy that I was dealing with and if you have truck that has been in accident or need any body repairs on your truck,ask for Hector.I am impressed.I knew that this was a professional body and collision center but I did not know that they were gonna be this fast in getting my truck back to me and that the quality of work was gonna be top notch. Thanks Hector and rest of the technicians that worked on my truck.Once again,this was major major repair and it was done in 2 weeks.That is impressive.
