  Vanguard Truck Center parts service department is a joke, don’t buy any parts here this is no warranty or guarantee on bad parts, they want you to buy another part in order to send the bad part back. This is CRAZY there is no guarantee you will get your money back they can say the bad part is good! The little man can’t afford this double the price of parts, why would you buy another part, if the first part was bad, ripped off, this is bad business. There’s got to be a better way to do business!!!! DON’T GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! NO STARS

  First stopped at the Brookshire location, but they were heavily backed up with workload, suggesting I go to the Cosby Fwy location. I called ahead, got verification of at least being looked at same day, traveled over and checked in. Reps were kind and prompt in addressing my signing in, I worked with Vania, took down my issues, walked out to the truck to grab information, instructed where to drop my trailer and truck back off, and then I went to service reception area. Has great recliner seats and more standard chairs with tables for working needs, restrooms were clean and functioning, vending machines were actively being restocked. All in was on site for about 5 hrs, got my issue completely resolved.

  Top Notch. Give Mr Ricardo Salinas a raise. In and out so fast and to go back in and thank him a second time. Dealership was nice and clean, everyone was working and helping others. Thank you again!
