  Got my oil changed here at the end of July and my car hasn't ran since. The guy who was checking my air filter yanked and pulled my wires loose causing my car to throw a p0103 code and put my car in limp mode. They expect me to pay for the repairs but I'm unable to work because I used my car for work. I'm still holding them accountable and going to get a lawyer involved to take them to small claims court for damages and lost wages due to their negligence.(It was never the MAF sensor or anything else on the car broken, they guy ripped the wiring to the computer module when he was yanking on my air filter box because he didn't know what he was doing and it needs to be repaired).

  I came here for an oil change, and unfortunately I had a very bad experience. After the oil change, the protective plate underneath my car was not installed correctly. It became loose and started dragging on the road while I was driving. I didn’t notice the problem until the next day. When I came back to this location and explained what happened, the employee blamed me and asked why I didn’t bring the car back immediately. How could I bring it back immediately when I didn’t discover the problem until the next day? This was caused by the plate not being properly secured after the oil change, and instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue professionally, I was blamed for it. I will definitely not come back to this location again. I also recommend that anyone getting their car serviced here get out of the car afterward and personally check underneath the vehicle and make sure everything was installed correctly before leaving. Very disappointing experience.

  I had got an oil change with them like i always do (always 10 out of 10) and i had some issues with my car and James so kind and helpful with getting my car fixed up! they were not the ones who did it and still helped me. I would do 10 stars if i could! James is the best!!
