  I don’t remember their names but 3 younger dudes got me right. They were real with me about my stuff and got my oil change done pretty quickly.

  Customer service at this location is always great. They take great care of you. Kevin was great. Very personable and professional. Would highly recommend this location.

  Great staff! Everyone was friendly and offered water to keep cool. Pretty quick service for an oil change, also checked inspections throughout the car!

  The absolute worst place. They are completely irresponsible, they changed the fuel and air filters but didn't mention that the fuel filter clip was broken and needed replacing. The truck could have caught fire. It’s ridiculous that they didn’t say anything when they were doing the replacements , now they say to wait two days to escalate the claim, why couldn't they just send someone over or mentioned when they were doing the replacements ?!!! They claimed they’d put a note on the receipt, but in reality, they never said a word. I’ve been to so many repair shops, and they always tell you exactly what needs fixing, they don't just hide the information on the receipt (which, by the way, we had to ask them to print, since otherwise they wouldn't have printed it) It’s ridiculous, just don’t go to this place you might be in danger !

  I would like to say that TRULY appreciate the assistance I was given on Saturday. The team was so patient and helpful. This was my first time visiting with them as I had been taking my vehicle to Honda. The past 2 Oil Changes I had at Honda, I was asked if I wanted to have my Air Filter changed. Me, thinking the air filter was pertaining to the air that blows inside my vehicle, would say “No. I’m ok. The air blows fine.” Well, thanks to the Team at Valvoline on 1960 and 45, I now know that I was being asked about my Engine Air Filter. The younger gentleman, can’t think of his name, took the time to explain to me the difference between an Engine Air Filter versus a Cabin Air Filter. He explained to me the difficulties I would have encountered and was possibly already encountering. I depend on my vehicle way too much to have to deal with bigger issues down the line and this young man saved me so much time and headache by simply taking the time to explain this to me. There was an older gentleman there as well, I believe his name was Gary. Very nice and patient. He offered me water to help with this Texas heat! Another gentleman helped me with resetting my Maintenance Light in my vehicle. I now know how to do that as well. Overall, I would rate my visit a 100000/10!
