  Jess was amazing help, made sure I was taken care of. Very professional, even asked if I needed water. Definitely never had that experience at a valvoline. Definitely appreciate the experience

  I’ve been using Valvoline for years, but after this experience, I’m done with this location. I paid nearly $100 for an oil change, and my invoice says my vehicle had NO oil in it. How do you complete an oil change, document something that serious, and never say a word to the customer before they drive away? They also failed to check the oil drain plug and gasket. For nearly dealership prices, I expect more than someone simply draining and refilling my oil. I expect basic safety checks and, most importantly, communication when there’s a serious issue with my vehicle. I’ve contacted customer service twice and still haven’t received a response. No explanation, no follow up, nothing. Apparently, once they have your money, customer service is no longer a priority. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. At these prices, you’re better off going to the dealership and getting the service and accountability you’re actually paying for.
