Payment was taken by association and I was left in Bay 2 without anyone verifying whether the services were all completed after the manager left to handle other customers. Sat in the bay unnecessarily waiting, and when another associate told me I can pull out, I had to ask if the front differential was even completed, just like the air pressure for the tires were not completed. The association that told me to pull out did not even verify whether the front differential service was completed. But if since the upsells had been charged already no one care to take care of the customer the rest of the way. So now, I have to worry if the front differential screws or how ever techs remove the Gear Oil was put back in place and tightened. Because no one care to check with underground tech before telling customer to pull out.
