My husband was somewhat handicapped and he was offered assistance to the waiting room while our tires were rotated. We highly recommend this Valvoline service as they offered more than just an oil change.
- CSChevy SilveradoJul 25, 20264.0Been coming here for a while the original manager that I normally see is Great very enthusiastic knowledgeable and personable yet today I came with my own oil like I normally do and comments like we don't warranty oil well no duh no one really warranties oil in my oil is can handle over 20,000 miles versus Valvoline but that's neither here nor there it just not personable at all very dry to the point it was rude more the technicians were willing to talk and explain things he was just dry I could just feel like the technicians didn't even feel comfortable themselves with him around again this was a Saturday manager on the 25th of July. Other than that I think the service they actually provide is very well done. A little overpriced for just labor for an oil change with customer-owned oil.
