  Went for Synthetic Oil Change. Andrew assisted me and was very helpful and informative. Edgar was timely with the oil change and made sure to show me new oil level. Will definitely come back and would recommend.

  Great experience at Valvoline! The team went above and beyond—checking everything thoroughly and making sure my car was in top shape. Fast, friendly, and truly amazing service. Jhonny , Andrew, Edgar and Isaac, Thank you guys ,Highly recommend!

  Have always been a Jiffy Lube customer but came when my oil light came on and Valvoline topped my oil for free. Came back for my oil change and the service was quick and friendly… will now be a Valvoline customer

  Came here for a state inspection and left feeling knowledgeable. Johnny helped me, and not only was the service super quick. He informed me about a light on my dash. He was super friendly and funny as well. I will definitely be back for my oil change next month!

  I had a great service and getting my car inspected at the South Shepherd location. But then something weird happened as I was driving away – I received a text message that looked like it was from the department of motor vehicles saying that I had a problem then that my license would be suspended in one day if I didn’t go to that website and do whatever they wanted me to do. Fortunately, I have good security software on my phone and when I went to the website, it indicated it was fraudulent. I double checked this when I got home, and my desktop Mac said the same thing. So somehow, during the inspection process when the technician was using my telephone number, it must’ve triggered this. So y’all might want to check your computers at that location.
