  Great customer service Omar helped me get everything I wanted for my cars oil change. I think the young man who serviced my cars name was Alberto or Ernie. I’m sorry I forgot your name if you are reading this. 😊 This was my second time to go to the Store in Vintage park on the corner of Louetta and Vintage Perserve. It is now my go to for my oil changes. Thanks for the awesome service

  This Valvoline location has been so good to me. I work in the area and this location always comes in clutch. Whether it be a head, tail, or brake light that goes out they always make sure I’m good to get back on the road. Just recently on the 12th of June. I went in, my mechanic wasn’t available so I went and asked if I supplied my own Valvoline Restore & Protect oil & filter. Would they do it? They said absolutely no problem. While the price I paid for them to do the labor was a bit higher than what I usually pay. I did it anyways, why? Because of the convenience of getting it done and being in and out in a few mins. So all in all. I’m happy with the service experience I have received at this location. Keep up the great work gentlemen.

  Survey Comment: I WAS TOTALLY MIS-LED ABOUT THE A/C SERVICE. BEFORE THE SERVICE BEGAN, KNOWING THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY EXPENSIVE INTHESE HARD TIMES, ALMOST $200.00, I QUESTIONED REPEATEDLY WHETHER THAT ONCE COMPLETED MY AC WOULD BE BLOWING COOL. I WAS GIVEN ASSURANCE THAT WOULD BE THE CASE. IT TURNED OUT THAT NOTHING CHANGED EXCEPT THE LOSS OF $200.00. NEVER GAIN!!! I ALWAYS DID MY OIL CHANGE THERE, BUT AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN.

  I came here to get a oil change and ended up with no oil in the engine, resulting in replacing lifters. I have a 2016 Cadillac Escalade, I took it to Valvoline on the On the Loretta rd.. There was not enough oil put in the car.Therefore, I have bent push rods and needed to replace 2 lifters.Now I have to do a complete engine rebuild The first time I bought the parts\n The second time I went up there and communicated with them, they lied to me and told me that they would communicate with the mechanic where my truck is located, they made no attempt to communicate with him. And also denied my claim about them damaging my vehicle.\n I've been paying on my car fixing it since I left there when I received a phone call. 2 women that were very aggressive. Told me that I had no claim. And dismiss my whole conversation , not honoring the fact that she Said that she would communicate with The mechanic to see what the issue was I got 3 oil changes in one month. They're all on record. The first one was the regular 1, the second 1. When I got back, my car was messed up. I got another well change, so I have the record and I have the receipts from Cadillac showing that I have over $3800. For repairs , from my oil change here So when it comes to taking a responsibility for your car, if it becomes damaged, they will not do so, they will leave you out there and let kids change the oil on a $80000 truck crazy.
