  I would just like to recognize the outstanding service the gentlemen here at this place provide. I arrived just before closing on a Friday and was welcomed with nothing but kindness. Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the oil change and made the whole thing a delightful experience.

  I love these guys at the Valvoline shop on Shepard Dr just north of Richmond Dr. The CSR, Jequoy, the Topside Tech, Timothy and the Bottom side Tech Angel do a consistently superb job of checking out and servicing my vehicles when I come in for an oil change and/or state inspection, etc. They inform me of things that I should be made aware off like the condition of the air filters, tire pressures, the head, tail and turn signal lights, fuel injectors, wipers you name it. And they provide expert recommendations for anything of concern. And always in a pleasant and courteous manner. On top of all that they are always fast, and quite cheerful at their jobs. I took my 6yr old daughter with me today when I came in for oil change and inspection. She was quite fascinated with m watching them as that went through the car and performed the services. It was a great experience. And we were both delighted with the service.
