  Shepherd Dr. Houston location staff are top notch! Good with pricing, explaining what service was done and needed. Even offered me a free bottled water while my son and I waited in the lobby. Fast service too!

  This was my first time visiting Valvoline, and I had a great experience! The entire oil change process was quick and easy. I was in and out much faster than I expected. Everyone who helped me was extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes.

  I love these guys at the Valvoline shop on Shepard Dr just north of Richmond Dr. The CSR, the Topside Tech, and the Bottom side Tech do a consistently superb job of checking out and servicing my vehicles when I come in for an oil change and/or state inspection, etc. They inform me of things that I should be made aware off like the condition of the air filters, tire pressures, wipers, you name it. And they provide expert recommendations for anything of concern. Always in a pleasant and courteous manner. On top of all that they are always fast, and quite cheerful at their jobs. It was a great experience. Delighted with the service.
