  I love these guys at the Valvoline shop on Shepard Dr just north of Richmond Dr. The CSR, Jequoy, the Topside Tech, Timothy and the Bottom side Tech Angel do a consistently superb job of checking out and servicing my vehicles when I come in for an oil change and/or state inspection, etc. They inform me of things that I should be made aware off like the condition of the air filters, tire pressures, the head, tail and turn signal lights, fuel injectors, wipers you name it. And they provide expert recommendations for anything of concern. And always in a pleasant and courteous manner. On top of all that they are always fast, and quite cheerful at their jobs. I took my 6yr old daughter with me today when I came in for oil change and inspection. She was quite fascinated with m watching them as that went through the car and performed the services. It was a great experience. And we were both delighted with the service.

  Had a great experience at Valvoline! Timothy, Angel, and Jaqoy were all very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They made the whole oil change process quick and easy, and I was in and out in no time. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Worst customer service experience ever!! Stopped to get oil change, told it would be about 15 to be done. 15 minutes after waiting at asked them how much longer because I had to get going. The tech rudely said “just a few minutes, but if you have to go, you have to go”. … so, I left.
