  Your customer service as well as your useless automated system kept hanging up on my call would not trancfer my call customer service didn't even finish answering my questions before hanging up the call your service is the very worst in the world.

  They made me feel welcome and they cared as much about my needs as I did. I was desperately looking for two trailer wheels, late in the day. The awesome girl I came across first, Ariana? Was very friendly and professional. Even tho it was near closing time she didn’t rush me, she helped me figure out what type of vehicles matched the size of rim I needed to go on a boat trailer. She even enlisted the help of Manny and Jenny, who were also as friendly and willing to help. In less than 15 mins I was able to enter, get assistance sourcing the correct part, and go remove, pay, and be on my way. These three showed customer service skills above and beyond what you would expect from most places. I felt like I ran into a group of friends. What ever training program or whatever yall are doing to have such great people working the counter, needs to be spread around town. Thanks U-Pull-&-Pay for turning my bad day into a good memory.
