  There was this nice young lady who was super courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable of what all things related to what I needed. She took the time to make sure the car part I was looking for was available. She went from the computer screen to her cell phone trying to find this particular part, and with her personal knowledge she found what I wanted, the crazy thing is, I did not know the name of the part I needed. But I tried the best I could to explain this part and she found it, not on the year and make of my car but on a car that shared the same part. She was a life saver. I had been to this business a lot of times and I had to think back and this lady helped me a few times, and I did not realize till now that she was the same helpful, patient, understanding, knowledgeable woman. She even smiles and this makes it easy for people to approach her. As I was leaving I noticed her interacting with other costumers and she had the same nice attitude she had with me. Customer service in 2026 has been flushed down the toilet until I ran into this lady, but just like I could not remember the part I was looking for, I forgot her name. But I have to go back there and plain on going back cause I know she will help me find what I need and I will get her name again and post her name. But if you visit this place, if she happens to be the one who helps you, you will know her by her smile and her willingness to find your car part. To the young lady who helped me out, thank you so much.

  I like this place but it's always very messy and hard to navigate through the yard with any type of cart or wheelbarrow. The staff is always nice and there is usually a good amount of inventory on the concrete premises.

  They charge you for used parts at the same price of a new one , crazy plus $5 to get in common

  Skinny lady with all the tattoos, don’t remember her name, but she’s very good communication. She speaks English and Spanish good with customers she does her job well I’ve seen her going around picking up trash in the mornings to the other job well and I’ll give her four stars five stars for her.
