  Came from Mont Belvieu due to the free wash weekend, did not disappoint. I was surprised when I found out they take dually trucks, the wash was very accessible apart from the U-Turn leaving the pay window entering the wash, the wash got every part of the truck and left it shining. It treats wheel simulators gently while restoring the factory shine, I have an aftermarket roof mounted light bar that it did not hurt and left clean

  OMG! Where do I even start. I was just trying to get a quick wash after a horrible start to my day, but Tommy Express immediately changed that quickly. First of all the team staff was very helpful. Especially Julian, he quickly explained to me how to use the vacuums, mat washer, and even offered to help me. Amazing customer service! The was very well and you guys have earned another continuous customer. Thank you!

  I had a wonderful experience with Terrell and Greg! I accidentally got locked out of my car, and they went above and beyond to help me get back in. They were incredibly patient, kind, and persistent, and they didn’t give up until the car was successfully unlocked. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely friendly, professional, and hospitable. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put in to help me during a stressful situation. Terrell and Greg provided outstanding service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  I super super recommend this place to everyone it's not like all the others the prices are actually economical and the vacuums are always on point the people are always nice I've never had a bad experience here you just have to try it yourself. Best place and o won't go any where else hands down

  I was very pleased with the service at Tommy’s Express. The facilities and equipment are super clean and new and the customer service is excellent. Terrell showed me how to use the floor mats cleaning machine and stayed around to make sure I had everything I needed to clean my car. I will definitely come back. It is nice to drive a clean car! Thank you Terrell!
