  We love Tommy's Express in our family! The workers are so kind and helpful with any questions about how to use the machines etc. The person who directs you in the carwash is seriously so helpful- I'm always paranoid I'm going to do it wrong and mess everything up lol. I also love the free vacuum part. Even if you didn't pay for the wash, they let you vacuum because they're the best. A few weeks ago I had borrowed my dad's car and wanted to get the crackers and dog hair out of the seats before returning it. The worker came over and OBVIOUSLY I hadn't paid for a wash, but he asked if we needed anything and helped my kid learn how to do the math wash. No judgement, not annoyed we didn't pay for a wash, nothing. Just pure helpful. The prices are great for a monthly membership (which I honestly think every parent should have lol) and my car always comes out looking and smelling great. Kile, the asst site lead has been super helpful for us and even taught my kids a bit about the systems they have to keep everything sanitary and running smoothly. Who knew vacuums were so interesting to elementary kids?? Anyway, we will continue our membership because they're just great at Tommy's Express. We love it there.

  I finally found an automatic wash that actually fits my truck. The staff here was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Pricing is comparable to other washes in the area, but the amenities here really set this place apart. They have floor mat cleaning machines, strong vacuums, pressurized air stations, and towels available for use. The dryers at the end of the wash also work surprisingly well — honestly, you barely even need to dry the truck afterward. Overall, a really solid experience and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.
