  Tommy's Express carwash in Summerwood is the best. Living in Houston it's hard to keep your car clean in this unpredictable weather but having a Tommy's membership make it easy. My car is clean all the time and the staff are always so polite and helpful. If you decide to join the price is great but you also get special offers that can save you even more money!

  Today was my first time there and I just want to say that it was an amazing experience!! Caleb was the one who helped me out at the cashier window and he was amazing not only did he help me with downloading the app he was also very great at explaining things and he also made the whole interaction seem relational and not transactional. While I was vacuuming my car there was this blonde gentleman that approached me and introduced himself and said if I needed any help to just let him know not only did he make it known he was there to assist but he often would do his rounds around the vacuum area to check to make sure myself and the other customers were good!! Great staff I definitely would come back oh and my car was left very clean as well!

  Extremely Disappointing Experience. Vehicle Damage, Denied Claim, & Lack of Accountability! I had been a Tommy’s Express customer for over 4 years, but this experience has changed my opinion of the company completely. I recently bought a 2024 Honda Accord. After three visits to Tommy’s Express, I noticed new damage and marks on all four wheels. At first, I didn’t realize the damage was happening at the car wash. However, after my third visit, I spotted another mark and brought the issue to the manager, James. I explained that I had noticed new marks after each visit and filed a claim. More than a week later, I was told my claim was denied because their video footage supposedly showed the wheels were already damaged before I entered the car wash. I asked to see the footage myself, but I was not given the chance to review the evidence used to deny my claim. I find that extremely disappointing. I understand that not every claim can be approved, but customers deserve a fair and clear explanation when a company denies responsibility for vehicle damage. Based on the pattern of damage appearing after multiple visits, I strongly believe something related to the car wash tracks, conveyor, guide rails, or other equipment scraped my wheels. While I did not see the equipment make contact, I know the condition of my vehicle and what I observed after each visit. What bothers me most is not just the damage itself but the lack of accountability and transparency in how my claim was handled. After being a customer for more than four years, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and investigated fairly. As a result, I have canceled my membership and will not be returning. I strongly encourage anyone using this car wash to take photos of their vehicle and wheels before every visit and check them carefully afterward. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially after being a longtime customer. I cannot recommend Tommy’s Express based on how it damaged my vehicle and how they handled this situation.
