Y'all are awesome, I hope you know that! ❤️ Thank you for for helping me keep my truck clean, being welcoming and inclusive! I went through fresh concrete mud today, and thought I would need to wash twice - y'all advised I could do that, but I didn't need to. Y'all were so right, I didn't even need to dry off and the truck looks fantastic (the babies even agree)! For those who don't know, I'm telling you, Tommy's is where you need to go!!

Great customer service from Angelo! The floor mat cleaning machine wasn’t working during my visit, but the staff still took care of me. He took my mats and pressure washed them for me instead. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Great service!

Been to many of these types of carwashes. With the lovebirds season heavy right now, thought I would give Tommy's Express Wash a try. First time having lovebugs on the side of the car not wash off and I didn't take a picture of those left on the windshield. Many of the amenities you receive from other express carwashes are paid separately. Vacuum under powered and if top many user are using the air it becomes to weak to use to blow down water from you back glass. Will I return, if free and improvement are made to the facility and amenities included.

Overall, Tommy’s Express is a good car wash. I bring my kids’ cars here regularly because it’s fast, convenient, and does a good job. I also really like that it’s a belt-fed car wash, which gives me more peace of mind about the rims not getting scratched. Unfortunately, my experience with my 2015 Corvette was different. I signed up for the free membership trial and decided to run the Corvette through, but afterward I noticed the brushes/bristles had left quite a few scratches in the paint. I still think Tommy’s Express is a great option for everyday vehicles, and I’ll continue bringing my kids’ cars here. However, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend an automatic brush car wash for a higher-end vehicle or a car with paint you’re especially particular about. For my Corvette, I’ll be sticking with hand washes from now on.

Bring back the old videos! The carwash is alright, but what really made me want to support this business were the TikTok videos. They stopped and now it’s just advertisement pictures. Me and my Husband agree that what makes a business a business is when employees are having fun and love what they’re doing. Kids were being kids making cool videos about carwashes on tiktok and a year ago when yall opened it was video after a video which drove me to get carwashes daily. Even get a membership. I know I am not the only one who thinks this. Picture advertisements are bland and boring. Shame on Tommy’s Express and bring the cool videos back.
