- MMMelissa de Mesa6 days ago5.08/15/26 First time here and it happened to be a free wash weekend! They're giving everyone The Works package (highest tier) for free this weekend! The lady who helped me was awesome! Great service overall! The wash tunnel looks amazing compared to the ones I've been to before because it's actually bright inside and not dark like other places so you can see what is going on. I didn't try the vacuum or the mat washer but I may try them next time!

After my wash I was again greeted by Angelo who asked about my service and offered me a dirty soda. My wash was great, the vacuums were strong and they even had complimentary microfiber towels for customers to finish detailing their vehicles.

- CDCody DanielAug 2, 20262.0Summer hours on weekends are terrible. 7pm on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday, over 2 hours before sunset. It would be nice to not sweat to death while cleaning my car before a long night of doing uber. They ration the towels like they’re made out of solid gold and customer service is a joke, every request is met with it just go to the app for that.

I was very disappointed to find out that this location refuses to allow dually trucks through the wash. As a paying member, it’s frustrating to arrive expecting service only to be turned away because of the type of truck I drive. If Tommy’s doesn’t accommodate duallys, that should be made clear before people sign up for a membership or drive to the location. I would not recommend this location to anyone with a dually truck. Unfortunately, my experience was a waste of time and very disappointing.
