  Joe and his team are absolutely amazing. The service was high quality from start to finish, and they got me in and out faster than I expected. In this Texas heat, good tint is a game changer — the difference is night and day. Professional crew, fair pricing, clean work. Will definitely be back for future vehicles. Highly recommend if you're in the Houston area looking for a tint shop you can trust.

  I had XPEL for windows & Paint Protection Film (PPF) installed on two of my cars, a Range Rover and a Tesla, at Tint World in Spring, TX, and started having issues with PPF peeling within 6 months on BOTH my vehicles. These products supposedly have a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, however due to the poor workmanship at the Spring, Oakhurst location, the warranty claim was denied by XPEL. When I approached them, I was told that it had been installed incorrectly by previous owners and I was quoted $719 for the bumper on the Tesla and $229 PER mirror on the Range Rover to redo what their location had done incorrectly!! Shame on them! I called Tint World on 3115 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063, and the Owner, Joe, redid the terrible work done by the Spring location at no charge!!! Joe is truly a classy gentleman who fixed their screw up at no charge. I recommend his location with no reservations whatsoever. I do not recommend any work at the Oakhurst, Spring location. DRIVE TO THE FONDREN TINT WORLD!! You won’t regret it!

  Absolutely fantastic experience at Tint World !!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 They did an incredible job tinting the windows on my Tesla Model Y.   I brought my Tesla Model X here for a windshield tint, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. If you care about your vehicle, avoid this establishment at all costs. The "Quality" of Work: The first attempt was amateur at best—dust, speckles everywhere, and creases in three different spots. To make matters worse, they returned my car with the windshield filthy. When I pointed out these obvious defects, I was given the classic "wait a week for it to cure" excuse. Time fixes moisture; it doesn’t fix a "shitty" install or physical creases in the film. Technical Negligence & Damage: The second attempt was even worse for the car's health. They used so much slip solution that my front camera assembly was completely soaked, which immediately degraded the FSD (Full Self-Driving) experience. I had to take my car to the Tesla Service Center to get their mess fixed. Dishonesty and Bullying: Months later, the tint began ghosting. When I returned for a warranty claim, I was met with total denial and gaslighting regarding the tint percentage. After 45 minutes of arguing, they finally admitted the fault and scheduled a re-install. However, the day before the appointment, the owner texted me demanding I sign away my warranty for the entire job before they would fix their own mistake. When I refused to sign a predatory statement just to get the service I already paid for, the owner resorted to bullying tactics. I’ve stopped all communication and initiated a chargeback with my bank. Bottom Line: This shop prioritizes volume over craftsmanship and uses shady, high-pressure tactics to avoid standing behind their work. They are a "Certified Xpel Dealer," but their behavior and quality are a stain on the Xpel brand. Save yourself the headache and the damage to your car—go literally anywhere else.
