- NDNatalie DavidsonJun 30, 20261.0DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I picked up a car with a pre-existing crack. When I got in the car, I had an oil light on. Had to go back inside just to make sure that the oil was actually changed. The rep had to go up to the car And reset it. They are now trying to charge me for the crack in the windshield when I have time stamped photos, Within the hour. Luckily, I have an AMEX and can file a claim with them. Would not recommend anyone my family has rent rented from sixt for years and we will never rent here again. Absolute nightmare to deal with. I even connected with their claims department who told me that my photo was within the window and should be no problem getting it written off I got a denial. Either the people at this location, don’t document their cars correctly or they just wanna scam everyone out out of their money. Filing a police report with this site for this reason. SCAM
- MEm eJun 19, 20262.0Overall good. But they have very small number of cars at this location. The guy would try to sell you the additional driver for $9.75/day. But TX is among the states that your spouse is automatically considered as an additional driver at no cost!

I returned my car on time, but due to the staff's sheer incompetence and refusal to do their jobs, my rental was marked as 'overdue.' They are setting me up for unfair fees and causing unnecessary stress. The management is clearly nonexistent, and the service is fraudulent. Save yourself a massive headache and go to any other rental agency. This place is pathetic.
