- LSLahtifa Stancil6 days ago5.0I truly appreciate the guys over at Royal Sonesta! They have all gone above and beyond for their customers. While waiting to be serviced, I observed how accommodating and helpful they were to the customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, I was blown away by the level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I received! Paul and Jerome were exceptional, and I especially want to recognize Jerome for his level of patience and kindness! Paul was extremely helpful! It’s refreshing to experience this level of commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire team deserves recognition for setting such a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you, Paul, Jerome, and the entire team, for making my experience such a positive one! I would absolutely recommend renting from this Royal Sonesta location. Keep up the amazing work!

- LBLaurent BlochSep 11, 20261.0Disastrous experience while returning the car. The agent (Victor) did not register my return. Upon that it’s noted with no fuel as I returned with FULL fuel. Now I have to fight not to be charged… Go somewhere else, this is a fraud
- RKRuby kalajianSep 4, 20261.0I have the confirmation to pickup a car my card was charged, they took my id and my pictures… I was in the uber to pickup the car they called me and said they don’t have a car ….
