  I had a wonderful experience at the Memorial City location! Genesis and Rasheeda were both amazing, and I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service they provided throughout the entire process. Genesis was incredibly professional, accommodating, and helpful. She made sure I felt taken care of and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Her willingness to assist and ensure everything went well did not go unnoticed! Rasheeda also deserves recognition! She has a firm approach while still being lighthearted and personable. I appreciated that balance because she knows how to handle business while keeping the atmosphere pleasant and welcoming. The entire rental process was seamless, and when I needed to extend my rental, everything was handled without any issues. That kind of convenience, professionalism, and customer care makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Thank you, Genesis and Rasheeda for making my experience at the Memorial City location such a positive one! It’s refreshing to encounter a team that knows how to provide excellent service while still making customers feel comfortable and accommodated.   I do not recommend Sixt Rental car because their App is very tricky, they will say free upgrade at no cost and you do it on their up but in the end the will charge you. Never I will get my rental car thru Sixt Rental car.

  I had a wonderful experience renting a car from SIXT at the Memorial location. Genesis and Hannan were welcoming, patient, and professional from the moment I arrived. They walked me through the entire rental process, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before driving away.   I had a great experience with SIXT, and Rasheedah was especially helpful throughout the rental process. She was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. I was also very happy with the BMW X3. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, smooth to drive, and perfect for my trip. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Thank you, Rasheedah, and the SIXT team for the great service. I would definitely rent from SIXT again!

  We rent two car there, one Buick Enclave and one Mini Countryman S, both of them was clean and very good to drive. Hannan served us both times, she is very professional and kind. I will not hesitate to come back in the future. Thank you Hannan & Sixt.
