  I rented a prepaid SUV(bmw X3 or similar) from sixth hobby airport, hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. First- I ended up waiting in line for over 30 mins. The lady at the booth was just sitting in there having a conversation. No one was ahead of me and she had an attitude when it was my turn. Told me there were no vehicles available and they were all being cleaned. Made me wait in the booth next door, I did not get my car until 2 hours later. Second- during the wait time, she helped every person before me get a car(she had told me there were no cars available) I would’ve happily downgraded to get my car 2 hours earlier if I had known this was the case. Third- when the car finally came, I had asked to add my wife as an additional driver on the car. She said she couldn’t because she was not present there. There was no compensation or flexibility offered in the situation. I have 2 kids under 5, I can’t keep them in line for over 30 minutes in houston heat because you can’t be bothered in a booth. While I was trying to call my wife to come to sixth, she came up with “do you want the car or not because I have other customers waiting in line” which really was my breaking point in the situation. Asked to speak to the manager there, she had told me there was no manager present. Fourth and final thing was the manager. She seemed helpful at first, said she came there on her day off. Which I really appreciated. She offered to take care of gas and a voucher for the next rental. When I came back I found out that none of that was true. Ended up charging my credit card $198 to fill my tank. This business needs to be investigated for their lack of transparency and how they treat their customers.

  This place is a bunch of bull crap. Called the day before pickup and I was informed that my payment method and dl can’t be two different names which is something that should be disclosed before purchasing if you’re gonna just take peoples money and not give them a car because of something so simple. I feel like this place is a cash grab scam. Agent told me that in order to change the payment methods I will be charged an additional 200$ on pickup day and be refunded the amount of the rental … but that’s the amount … of the rental…. And cancellation fee was also 200$… shady …. It’s two days before my birthday and I never leave google reviews but yall have me twisted in 7 ways. AGENTS WERE SO RUDE AND GAVE LITTLE TO NO INFORMATION ! either way I was out of 200$ over something so simple as typing and switching the info !!????? YALL ARE WEIRD !!!! I WORK IN A CAR DEALERSHIP AND I KNOW YALL ARE SCAMMING BECAUSE YOUR POLICIES MAKE NO SENSE AND YOUR POLICY IN NOT MY POCKETS POLICY WEIRDOS!

  The lady at the Houston Hobby location has absolutely no customer service etiquette. She was extremely rude, rolled her eyes and slammed the door shut to her office. After all this she stated the reservation that was pre paid she could not assist.

  The overall experience was great. Rotacha was really helpful and welcoming. She took a good care of me and my needs. her shift was over, but stayed with me to pick the right vehicle and made sure I will have a good experience.

  Customer service is absolutely horrible - no representative to properly inspect the vehicles and complete a check off form like many other reputable rental car companies; then they try to screw yiu with claiming damages to their shitty vehicles which were existing. They try to export customers with false claims to update their inferior inventory Worst rental experience of my entire life and I travel 5x per month. Runaway - pay the higher amount for other options
