⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Customer Service! Adoni was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He even surprised us with an upgrade from a sedan to a Mercedes-Benz, which made our experience even better! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you, Adoni, for your kindness and outstanding service! We really appreciate you and will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Deisha and the manager, Justin, accommodated us with getting a rental after we had trouble with our previous booking. They helped us match the price and were so helpful the entire time - Deisha especially went above and beyond. Sixt is lucky to have her! Would 100% rent from this specific location again.

Dasha was absolutely amazing! She provided quick, reliable, and friendly service from beginning to end. She was also funny and personable, which made the whole experience even better. She took the time to explain every detail clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. There were a few things I was unsure and worried about, but Dasha cleared everything up and immediately made me feel relieved and confident about my rental. Her customer service truly stood out, and she made the entire pick-up process smooth and stress-free. SIXT is very lucky to have someone like Dasha representing their company. Thank you, Dasha, for making our experience such a great one! 10/10 service, and I would absolutely recommend SIXT because of the experience she provided.

We had an excellent experience at Sixt at Hobby Airport, and Philip was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived. He got us in and out very quickly and made the entire process incredibly easy. We had a couple of issues with our reservation, and Philip immediately stepped in and helped us get everything resolved without any hassle. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Really great customer service and an all-around great guy. Philip made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend this Sixt location, and especially Philip!

On September 27, 2026, I returned a rental vehicle to Sixt's HOB location. At check-in, the agent flagged several tiny nicks on the front bumper — marks so small I had not noticed them at any point during my rental. The agent had to highlight them with orange circles on a photograph for me to even see them (photo attached). These marks are consistent with ordinary road wear — minor stone chips on a front bumper — not damage from misuse or any incident. No accident or impact occurred during my rental. I was not shown evidence these marks were absent before my rental began. Charging a customer for imperceptible bumper chips exceeds any reasonable definition of damage versus normal wear.
