  I had a wonderful rental experience with Sixt, and I especially want to recognize Adote at the pickup location for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on finding the best option for me as a customer. His empathy and care made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The rental itself was excellent. I enjoyed a smooth and safe drive and left completely satisfied with my experience. Adote went above and beyond by not only assisting with the rental but also recommending great places to eat in Houston. Those personal touches made me feel welcomed and truly taken care of. I also want to give a special thank-you to Dante at pickup. He was attentive and made sure I was properly taken care of all the way through the airport shuttle process. Overall, the service was professional, caring, and customer-focused. Adote and Dante are excellent representatives of Sixt, and their attention to detail and genuine care made a great experience even better. I would definitely rent from Sixt again!

  We had an issue come up during our experience with the company, but thankfully we had the pleasure of working with Daisha. She went above and beyond to help us resolve the problem and did everything she could to find us the truck we needed. Daisha was incredibly hospitable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Her amazing attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. You can truly tell that she cares about her customers and wants to make sure they are taken care of. I would definitely recommend working with Daisha! She was absolutely amazing, and we are so grateful for all of her help!

  Terrible service, no shuttle had to take random parking shuttle to the counter. I called SIXT customer service and they put me on hold and never came back!

  First time renting with Sixt. Had a bad experience with another rental agency and decided to give this location a shot! Very smooth check in & Stephanie (I hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and caring in her explanations of everything! Definitely need to consider Sixt for future trips!

  I will use SIXT rental company every time I travel from here on out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dasha and the incredible customer service she provided. I arrived in Houston and discovered—much to my horror—that my driver’s license had expired without me realizing it. Most people would have simply had to turn me away, but Dasha went far, far beyond what was required of her. For over an hour, while continuing to help other customers, she patiently walked me through the process of renewing my license online and figuring out exactly what documentation I needed to prove that my license was valid. Thanks entirely to her persistence and willingness to help, I was ultimately able to rent my vehicle and get on with my trip. What impressed me just as much as her effort was her attitude. She kept my stress level down the entire time with her sunny disposition, conversation, and genuine kindness. She never made me feel like I was a problem or an inconvenience. She could have easily said, “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do,” and sent me on my way. Instead, Dasha chose to help—and she truly went above and beyond. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Dasha deserves recognition for the patience, kindness, and dedication she showed me. I am incredibly grateful that I happened to have her helping me when I was in a very stressful situation. She turned what could have been a travel nightmare into a story I’ll remember for all the right reasons! A special shout-out to Mia, who was my return agent! She was friendly, efficient, energetic, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. She handled everything quickly and professionally while keeping me smiling with her warm, friendly conversation. After a long trip, having someone like Mia greet you with such positive energy makes all the difference. Car was perfect, clean and in excellent condition. Shuttle service was fast and friendly. Signage to return was clear.
