- KKKJun 24, 20261.0The car itself was excellent, and Darnie was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the payment handling has been extremely disappointing. It has been almost three weeks since I returned the car in perfect condition, and I have already paid the final rental charge. Despite this, the original pre-authorization (including the security deposit) is still blocking my funds. My bank has confirmed that the authorization is still active on the merchant's side. I have contacted customer service several times via WhatsApp, but it has been impossible to get a clear answer or any real assistance. A great car and great staff on pickup, but the payment process and after-sales support have been very frustrating. I cannot recommend this company until this issue is resolved.
