    Ms. Emma Jackson provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire rental process smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in her work. She treated me with kindness, respect, and patience, and her positive attitude made a lasting impression. Thank you, Ms. Jackson, for going above and beyond. You turned what could have been a routine car rental into an exceptional experience. I truly appreciate your outstanding service and hope you’re recognized for the incredible work you do!

    I usually rent from Avis or Enterprise because I rent every month so I have status and promotions with both companies. My husband wanted something nicer this time and suggested I go with Sixt. I made the reservation but was still apprehensive until I met Emma. Let me tell you about the Emma difference! She greeted me with a smile when she introduced herself and walked me through the process. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. She is the reason I will be coming back. Her professionalism and overall personality could have put me in a bucket and I would have been just as happy. I really appreciate her kindness on what was already a stressful day. People like her are rare and should be treasured. I look forward to seeing her soon on my next rental.

    First, I want to clarify that most of the staff were friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the company’s reservation process was disappointing. I booked my car well in advance and provided my credit card to confirm the reservation, so I expected the vehicle—or at least a comparable one—to be available when I arrived. Instead, I was told it was unavailable and was given a very large truck that was difficult to drive and park. The final price was also different from the price in my reservation, and I was not given a clear explanation as to why. In addition, many of the vehicles appeared to have cosmetic damage. Even when damage is supposedly covered by insurance, that can still make renters uncomfortable because issues with rental-car damage can become complicated. The staff did their best, but the company needs a more reliable and transparent reservation process.

    I had an amazing experience at SIXT at IAH Airport. When I arrived at the counter, I was greeted by an outstanding agent, Emma Jackson. She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She welcomed me with a smile and even went out of her way to greet my daughter and niece. We had a great conversation, and she took the time to explain the different insurance options in a way that made sense. We also discussed possible upgrade options, although we decided to stay with our original selection, a BMW X3. The checkout process was smooth and easy. Emma showed us where our car was located and even gave us breakfast recommendations. The keys were already in the car and ready to go. The gentleman at the gate was also very nice and made the final step of the process simple. I made my reservation and booking through the app, and so far, the rental experience has been a great success. Overall, this was an excellent and stress-free experience!

    When I got to the SIXT counter at 11pm to pick up my PREPAID, reserved rental car, I was told that there were currently no cars available and I might be able to have one in a couple of hours. As a solo female traveler, this was very upsetting to hear at this late hour as I still had a 2+ hour drive to my destination and an 8:30 am meeting the next day. I called customer service because I was so upset and they offered me a $10 voucher and told me that they would not charge me for refueling when I brought the car back. After over an hour, there was finally a car available, it was not what I had wanted but felt like I had to take it because who knew when there would be another. I'm sure most people would have enjoyed the upgrade, but it kept me from going to some places I had planned because it was too fancy a car to drive on bad roads. Anyway, Emmanuel was very upbeat and did his best to handle a bad situation. I told him that customer service had told me they would comp the gas in compensation for the long wait and he said that he would make a note. The next day I got an email that they were reducing my rental cost by $57.50 which began to change how unhappy I was about the whole situation. Unfortunately, it seems like this was done instead of honoring the refueling cost, but I didn't find this out until I had returned the car without topping off the tank which means I am being charged a penalty of $112.71. I am going to end up paying MORE than I had originally committed to AFTER having had a very unsatisfactory experience. Obviously I would have refueled if I had known this would happen. I asked the manager who was emailing me about this if I could have the refueling comped instead of the discount, but it does not seem that it will happen as he claimed that no one had authorized that discount. I can't believe I am going to pay $70 more than the amount agreed upon after all of this - well, more like $35 once I filled the gas tank probably. This was my first experience with SIXT, but it doesn't appear that you want me as a repeat customer.
