  Wow! I think this was the best car rental experience I've had over the years. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted with a smile when walking to the counter. The car was exceptionally clean and the rate was reasonable. I think I've found my new go to rental car company. Thank you SIXT!

  Sixt was amazing! I booked online and got a good deal. It was my first time renting a vehicle and George made it beyond seamless. He was friendly, accommodating, and make sure to explain everything to me in detail before signing anything. We were in and out within 10 minutes or so. When we returned the vehicle, I dropped off the vehicle with Keith. Just note they do use AI scanners. I was very careful when using the car and parked cautiously. My results show I had no damage to my car.

  Emmanuel B. at the SIXT counter made our pick-up easy. He was warm, professional, and patient, answered all our questions, and had us on the road quickly. He treated us like valued customers, and because of him, my wife and I have made SIXT our go-to rental company. If you're looking for a rental car, SIXT is worth choosing, and if you get Emmanuel, you're in great hands. He deserves to be recognized.

  I had to put my truck in the shop this morning and needed a rental vehicle on very short notice. I explained my situation to the SIXT employee who assisted me—I unfortunately cannot remember his name—and let him know that I was working within a specific budget because of GM’s reimbursement policy. I also explained that I was required to rent a GM vehicle in order to qualify for reimbursement. I did not have a reservation, so I wasn't sure what options would be available, especially with the specific requirements I had. The employee went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and was able to find me an outstanding GM vehicle that met all of my requirements while still staying within my budget. I could not have asked for a better experience. What could have easily been a stressful and frustrating situation was made incredibly easy because of the level of customer service I received. The employee was professional, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely seemed interested in finding a solution rather than simply telling me what was or wasn't available. I have rented from SIXT before, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to use them. The quality of the vehicles and, more importantly, the level of customer service consistently set SIXT apart. I only wish I had remembered this employee's name so I could recognize him personally, because he absolutely deserves credit for providing exceptional service. Thank you, SIXT, for once again providing an excellent rental experience and for turning an inconvenient morning into a positive one. This is the kind of customer service that earns repeat business, and SIXT will continue to be my first choice when I need a rental vehicle.

  I had an incredible experience renting from Sixt at Houston Airport. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, fast, and stress-free. A special shoutout to the General Manager, Nigel! He is exceptionally professional, welcoming, and genuinely customer-focused. His warm attitude and efficiency made a huge difference, turning what is usually a standard car rental process into a truly memorable experience. It is because of dedicated professionals like Nigel that Sixt stands out from the competition. The overall service was top-tier, and the car was immaculate.
