  Just replaced my windshield here and it’s very well done with 2 year warranty for labour. Since I planned to claim the replacement with my car insurance, I did extensive research on the glass shops because car insurance company does not work with dealers. However after reading all the reviews with those almost 5 stars glass shop, some unprofessional work still make me worried. At the end, I decided to go to this place since I bought my car here and did all maintenance here and they always finish their work so professionally. I am so happy about my decision. The windshield replacement and calibrations are great! I already got my reimbursement from car insurance back now. Highly recommend!

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of West Houston. Guy Reyes was great to work with-straightforward, honest, and transparent with the pricing. I was expecting to see a bunch of add on fees, but there was none of that. Signing was easy too and done all from an iPad, which I thought was cool. The final documents were immediately sent to my email and the entire process was complete. They have a very efficient purchasing process and I very much appreciated that as I didn't spend all day in the dealership. I really appreciated how Guy handled the purchase from start to finish. If you're looking for a Mercedes-Benz vehicle go see Guy!

  We ordered a custom-build vehicle from this dealership for my wife. The entire process was first class. The price negotiation was transparent, seamless and very fair. The sales team worked with the factory to secure an earlier production date, the GM personally kept us appraised during the production process, and sent us pictures once the car arrived. We are out of town customers so we flew into Houston to collect the car. The delivery experience was exceptional. The GM, Sales Director and even the Sewell Group Regional Manager were present, the car was staged in the showroom with a big red bow, and my wife was made to feel very special. The technical specialist spent a lot of time to explain the product features and to set up the car to her liking. And the after sales follow-up simply confirmed that the culture at this dealership just defaults to prioritizing customer satisfaction. Great car, great experience from a terrific dealer team. Well done, and thank you!
