    I have had a few service advisors during my visits over the past year, and I can confidently say that Mr. Blake Makelki stands out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and reassured. Thank you, Mr. Blake, for providing such excellent service. It is truly appreciated.

    Whoever manages the service center is a genius - all of the service advisors are polite, kind, and well informed about the status of your vehicle, and well trained overall. This is a key management technique because the actual service technicians and shop management are abhorrent. Turnaround time for a simple oil change is minimum 3 days. We brought our 24’ GLS580 in for an electrical issue, and it took them four days to find a wire that had come loose and shorted. Wouldn’t the wiring be the first thing you check? In the same trip we mentioned the subwoofer didn’t seem to be working. When we got our car back they said the subwoofer was fine. Unsurprisingly, it was not fine and here we go again, back to the service center for another 3 days. This most recent basic maintenance trip they reported our tire tread level incorrectly, then called two days later to tell us about the mistake which now, after 5 days in the shop, we have to wait even longer because we are getting new tires. You can’t even be mad at the service rep when they call because again they are all so nice and polite. Overall, prepare to get really comfortable in your courtesy vehicle any time you go in for maintenance.

    I took my Mercedes to Sewell Mercedes for a rear seat issue, and they were able to find and fix the problem. However, I was very disappointed with the rest of the experience. They initially tried to charge me for a regular service checkup, even though I already have a prepaid maintenance plan that covers it. I called another Mercedes dealer, and they confirmed that I should not have been charged. After I questioned Sewell about it, they agreed not to charge me. They also told me the service was completed, but I have doubts because the service reminder on the dashboard was not even reset. I appreciate that they fixed the rear seat issue with over priced, but the billing situation made me lose trust. I will not be returning to this dealer and would advise others to carefully review any charges before approving service.

    Where do I start? I am not that person who buy from dealership very often but this time they exceeded my expectations and deliver on it. My sales rep Osama was amazing, kept me up to date with everything, respectful, and such a pleasure to deal with him. In my 2-3 previous dealership experience, they were below average, always tried to make me purchase more unnecessary stuff but with Sewell, absolutely not, they charged listed online price plus tax/fees and that was it. They were honest nice people to deal with. I can keep going on how happy I am with my purchase but it's truly an amazing opportunity to do business with them and specially Osama. I will recommend them to all of my friends and hopefully we can do business again in the future.
