    I will always be a Sewell customer. This is by far the greatest dealership I’ve done business with. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Avery because this man is a rockstar. I had an issue no one could have predicted with a vehicle I purchased about 6 months ago and they immediately addressed my problem and placed me in a very nice loaner vehicle and followed every step leaving no stones unturned in fixing my car. This is the best service department you can hope for in today’s world. James was my sales advisor last year along with Adorian and they made my buying experience amazing and even put a nice red bow on my car when it was presented for pickup. Whether you are purchasing an Infiniti or any of their pre owned vehicles you can bet they will be attentive to your needs and welcome you to the Sewell family. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I have never purchased an Infiniti from them, but I will buy one just to do business here at Sewell. They really are that good so stop by and take a look if you’re in the market for a car. 5 stars across.

    This was my second time purchasing a vehicle not only from this Sewell dealership but from Mr. Blake Brockway. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish in both deals and made me feel so confident and cared for with my first purchase that I wasn’t gonna trust anyone else but him when it came time to get another vehicle! He always takes the time to really explain things so you feel comfortable and not try to push to make a sale for the sake of making a sale! I always feel like an appreciated customer when working with Blake! I had absolutely no issues with my previous car I purchased from this dealership the entire time of ownership and just wanted to bring it back for something a little newer! Blake made it happen as smooth as possible per usual! Thank you Blake and thank you Sewell for providing another 15/10 car buying experience for me! Sewell for life!

    I have been going to this dealership since 2004 when I got my first infiniti. They have been wonderful up until now. They won't work on my car , they say it is "older". They might not have the parts, they won't return my calls to try to talk to a service advisor. Juan and Alex never called back.Jennifer basically told me not to come in because they might not have the parts. I even talked to the service manager, but can't remember her name. This is how you get treated now coming here for so long!! Sewell is not special anymore, it's a sales gimmick. I have NEVER been treated like this from them before. I don't know what their problem is ,but I find it infuriating and when I see their Sewell advertisements on television they just irritate me because their service now is absolutely horrible!! What am I saying? There is NO service if your car is " older" . My car has a little over 100,000. Miles on it ,I am not buying a new one, oh yes, I was told it isn't under warranty anymore. So I would have to pay ,but I guess they don't want that money , just basic oil changes . Just a warning when your car gets " older" funny they didn't do that with my other car ,when I needed a new transmission. They would have fixed it, but I bought this one instead. Just know they will turn you away rather than help you!!!! What a difference it made knowing my car was taken care of right than just stressing out about it all the time! I won't buy another Sewell knowing this is what happens in the end. How sad ,to ruin a good experience. Thanks, I saw you wrote your comment about if I needed anything. I called and I guess you guys can't anymore but they will be able to. I made an appointment at Clear Lake Infiniti. They may not be able to get all infiniti parts but they said they will get all the ones they can and the others will not be infiniti ,but they are taking care of me. They said they will be able to help me and get me a loaner car if needed. Kind of like you USED to do.

    100% Happy customers here! The most simple and enjoyable car buying experience ever! Erika Vera has some lifetime customers here! She went WAY out of her way to make sure we had an unbelievable experience! Erika was very attentive and made sure we were getting the exact vehicle we wanted! She was very understanding with our timing and was not pushy at all. Once we made our decision all our options were presented and paperwork was a breeze. Our nearest Infiniti dealer is 75 miles away but we will always drive the 140 miles to see Erika and our Sewell family. If you are thinking about going to Sewell you have to give Erika a call!!

    My encounter was with the parts department of Sewell Infiniti. It was a hassle trying to find an axle for a car that was only made one year. It was very specific, all wheel drive and the model of car. It was frustrating to have to deal with this, but members of the parts team at sewell Infiniti made up for it. Nick and other associates stayed in contact with me and even communicated outside of their expected channels to accommodate my needs. It was hard at first to find this part, but I actually got the right one, and in good condition. I am pleased with the service, and will definitely come back to this dealer for my Infiniti parts needs.
