  No one ever wants to experience a car accident, but unfortunately, when it happens, it’s important to know you’re in good hands. Sewell Collision Center of West Houston did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, everyone was helpful, professional, and compassionate about the circumstances that brought me there. This is exactly the level of service and customer care I have come to expect from the Sewell brand. Daniel was especially wonderful throughout the entire process. He was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions. He even provided answers to questions I didn’t know to ask! His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. I truly felt that my vehicle and I were in good hands. He took so much of the stress and worry out of what was already an unfortunate situation. I am very grateful for the Sewell brand and the consistency of their service; from sales to service to collision repair. The Sewell staff have always been honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They are the only dealership I trust to work with.   Today 07/23/26 Sewell Collision had my car a little bit over 3 weeks, however they did an outstanding Job on my Mercedes . Daniel flores was my estimator he did his due diligence on making sure things were right . Lets just say i made a friend with him as i bugged him alot lol He ensured my vehicle was taken care of as if it was his own. This place does immaculate work . Staff was friendly and pleasant. Mr. Flores worked patiently with me to ensure i was taken care of it may take longer to get your vehicle back but trust they are going through your vehicle with a fine tooth comb. Rest assured Sewell isa place you can put your trust in when getting repairs. If you’re looking to get your car repaired Sewell is the Standard and i would recommend this place to anyone who needs repair. Trust the process its going to take a while but Trust the process as i say they will make sure your car look and feel better than when you first bought it .

  As a Sewell customer (of many cars) and owner of 2 repair shops in Houston I knew that when my wife’s brand new Lexus was in an accident the only place I would trust to repair it was Sewell. I brought it to the Sewell at Hwy 6 and I10 and the whole process was nothing but exceptional. The repair work was top notch and everyone there was helpful. Steven Barron in the collision center was wonderful and kept us up to date on the entire process. He answered every question and keep us at ease. After we got our car back we noticed a small discrepancy. I called Steven and he listened to my concern and immediately, without hesitation, said he would take care of it. He personally brought a rental car to me and picked up my vehicle. Everything was addressed and I was impressed with the Sewell work and dedication. If anything ever happens again my first call will be to Sewell and to Steven. Thank you for an exceptional experience and a 1 of a kind and rare service .
