No surprises, no games, no pressure. Just honesty, professionalism, and top‑tier service.     Sewell is known for customer service. Unfortunately the receptionist (last name Lao) was very rude as soon as I entered the building without even greeting, she was definitely in a bad mood and rolled her eyes when I asked when my car would be ready. I think she needs to be trained again, otherwise you’re definitely in the wrong industry!!!

    If most of you are like me, You hate the idea of having to go shopping for a new car. The process can be so mentally draining. I usually have a short fuse ready to explode. But from the time we walked in The atmosphere in the whole dealership was something I never witnessed before.Our salesperson Ellie Echter was so professional, and so to the point very transparent on everything. I would rate her a 20 out of 10 .My experience at Sewell Was second none.Keep hiring people like Ellie . Because you just got a new lifetime customer. Thank you Sewell family don’t change a thing.

    I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Sewell Cadillac. I brought my vehicle in because I suspected the battery was failing and asked them to check warranty coverage. Instead of honoring the warranty, I was told the issue was caused by battery cables and the alternator, and I was quoted around $1,700 in repairs. Wanting a second opinion, I took the vehicle to another mechanic who performed a battery test and confirmed the battery itself was failing and needed replacement. What concerns me most is the difference in diagnosis and the feeling that the customer experience is not what it used to be. Sewell dealerships built a strong reputation over the years for professionalism and trust, which is why this experience was surprising and frustrating. I’m sharing this so others know to consider getting a second opinion before approving major repairs. Hopefully management takes customer concerns seriously and works to restore the level of trust and service the Sewell name was once known for.
