  I had narrowed my vehicle choices between Cadillac and a rival brand. I scheduled a test drive with Sewell and a test drive with a rival brand dealer. My first test drive was with Sewell and I was worried they would pressure me or not take the test drive seriously since they knew I would be leaving to test drive the rival brand. All the horror stories online about how dealers would do anything to keep you until they got the sale made me nervous. Yet my experience was the complete opposite. Michael was amazing and so patient. He answered all my questions and we went on a detailed test drive getting to test all the features and driving down a variety of roads. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the car. At the end they gave me the numbers and made sure they got me out on time for my next test drive, with no pressure to just buy the car there. After my other test drive and thinking on it overnight I was able to work out a deal over the phone with no pressure to return to the dealership! Michael then patiently reviewed all the features in person, not skipping out on any details and making sure it was set up the way I wanted it. He even bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers to celebrate my purchase! Michael, Ratan, and the Sewell team were amazing and one of the best car buying experiences!

  We purchased by 2023 Yukon AT4 through Sewell's Dallas dealership and have been servicing the vehicle through the Houston Cadillac location for the past four years. I have three young kids in car seats and the advisors are always so kind, courteous, and efficient when I take my car in. I put a lot of miles on my car, so it seems like I'm there quite often. I've worked with Anne Marie and Trey, but truthfully everyone I encounter is so helpful. We will never service our vehicles anywhere else!!
