  Bought my 2019 XT5 in 2023 had a good experience in the purchase although made lots of repairs in these past years to the car took in to look at a newer car few weeks ago and had my car appraised for trade in. Whoever did the appraisal ruined the sunroof that was only buckling in one area and had just started I never use the sunroof, now it is torn on both sides and off track. Told the sales rep and sent in email about the issue have heard nothing back do not think this is a normal way of handling things. Sales Rep said they would sell the car if I traded in which I find doubtful due to high mileage. I should not be penalized on my value of car since they literally ruined it. I have not heard back from anyone one missed call from sales manager then not returned call when I left message. The trade in value was absurd. Not happy!

  Not impressed with my last service at Sewell. I booked an appointment a day ahead because I had other things to do, but the service took more than twice as long as they told me. If you’re on a schedule, don’t count on their estimated time. Be ready to hang around way longer than expected.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Alan Monteon in the pre-owned department at Sewell Cadillac of Houston! I bought my Expedition yesterday and absolutely love it. Alan had great communication throughout the entire process, was easy to work with, personable, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Sewell felt like a trustworthy company to do business with, and I felt really good about my purchase and the deal I received. I was also in and out in about 4 hours, which is the quickest I’ve ever gotten out of a car dealership! Highly recommend Alan Monteon and the pre-owned team at Sewell Cadillac of Houston.   Sewell Cadillac is the best! My wife and I arrived to get her Cadillac XT5 serviced for an oil change. Danielle met us with the warmest smile, and assured us everything will be taken care of. She took my wife's number, and said she will call once the vehicle was serviced, because we decided to go to the local diner to eat. 1 1/2 hour later, the phone rang, with Danielle notifying us the vehicle was ready. Perfect timing. Even if we had an issue, the smile on Danielle face would've erase that. Thank You Danielle. Your customer service sets the tone for every customer arriving at Sewell Cadillac! Thanks Again!!

  I recently bought a 2024 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Lyriq from this Sewell dealership, and my experience was excellent. I first visited this dealership back in July or so, just wanting to test drive the Lyriq, and Jodi was very helpful and friendly at that time. This past weekend, I went back to Sewell, only about half certain that I wanted to purchase the red CPO Lyriq that I found on their website. Kirstin was my salesperson this time around, and she was very patient, not pushy at all, and quite helpful in answering my questions! I really did appreciate how, when I was grappling internally with such a large purchase and trying to think through my mental checklist of things to ask and inspect, she would give me space and time to think through it while getting the paperwork done. A few days after my purchase, she called me to check on how I felt about it, and I'm happy to say that I'm absolutely in love with my Lyriq! Hopefully my service experience proves to be just as good as my 10/10 buying experience. Time will tell!
