    This dealer is full of lies. We were told complimentary car washes and said we could request a hand car wash as well. Well my wife showed up today after driving 30 minutes. First the associate says we will only hand wash if car wash is ceramic coated with us or ppf. I get on the phone and ask for a manager. Now manager says oh we-do 50-60 wash’s a day and don’t have facilities to do a hand car wash. Your first worker said you guys do them but only if ceramic coated by you. All lies, I caught them in their lie as they initially did a hand wash on our vehicle when we first purchased. Typical behavior they tell you one thing initially to make them look good and change at the end. Don’t lie to your customers after buying a 110k vehicle. Every other car and dealer can always hand car wash. Lost a customer for lying…

    I’ve bought two cars from here now and very happy with both purchases. Ratan in management and Kirsten in sales are both top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

    They had an equipment malfunction and dropped an automated gate on our car while in for service. Upon arrival to discuss, they refused to give us their plan to make us whole in writing. When we asked for a mananger with Power of Attorney to discuss, they claimed no one was there with POA, it was 6pm you know when we get off of work. Yep, to top it off the Service Manager lied to our face. Left there without our vehicle, nor a written proposal for resolution to the damage. Next steps, a damage claim on our comprehensive coverage. Hopefully we can get a rental on Monday. Sadly, this is what "the Sewell difference" has become in 2026...

    This dealership has awesome salesmen that go above and beyond for you, awesome warm cookies and a soda fountain, but bad management when it comes to taking care of customers and defective vehicles. I’ve had a 2024 escalade for less than 2 years(purchased June 22nd, 2024) and it has had 1 engine replacement, 2 engine failures and 2 failed brake systems(both times with my family in the car) for them to come to realization the vehicle indeed was faulty. They decide to put you in loaners that don’t accommodate your family needs when you are in need of a vehicle, and tell you” it’s all they have at the time” when you tell them it doesn’t work. They then put you in the vehicle you actually need, but then call you midweek to take it away from you because they need it back. This dealership has created inconveniences for our family, both logistically and financially, and no one wants to take accountability on finding a solution in a rapid manner. Aside from the dealer being terrible, If you decide to come here, ask for the guy below. Viet- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ sales associate

    My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. When I returned my leased vehicle at the end of January and leased a new vehicle from the same dealership, I was told by the salesperson that I would be reimbursed for an extra lease payment that had already been made on my previous vehicle. Based on that representation, I completed the transaction and expected the reimbursement to be processed promptly. More than four months have passed, and I still have not received the refund. I have contacted the dealership multiple times, and each time I am told that a check is "coming soon." Unfortunately, those promises have never been fulfilled, and no one has provided a clear explanation or timeline. The lack of follow-through, communication, and accountability was missing big time. Customers should not have to spend months chasing money they were promised. I am still waiting for the manager to reach out to me with explanation, and that is after few times and email that being sent. **UPDATE** I am still waiting this payment to be solved, meantime they, due to missed payment my credit score was effected. I call again asking clarification, they say they will get back to me but I am still waiting.. Im sorry, but your customer service is not meeting the brand standard
