  My husband and I went out car shopping last weekend and Audi was on the short list after seeing the new ad campaign. After leaving an awful experience, Audi was right close by and we stopped in. We were immediately greeted and introduced to a young gentleman; Kaiden. He listened and was very thorough with us, showing us everything and educating us while asking probing questions as to what we really needed and wanted. Long story short, we left with a gorgeous Q5. Our first Audi! Kaiden held our hands and went to management to make sure that we were presented with the best options for US. Not Audi! My husband will say that we left with the car because Kaiden was so amazing and I might have to agree. Also, it was a crazy stormy typical Houston day and we had a great time. Management was as critical in the comfort and ease as well! Love my new Audi! Thanks team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Sewell does not live up to their reputation of Service. I made an appointment for one of their units. I booked a flight, flew to Houston to buy a car, reconfirmed the appointment, and they sold the car to another person while I was en route. Sewell let me incur costs, waste time, and offered no solution. I offered a deposit, agreed on price, and they just let me waste 2 days.

  I recently took my 2019 Audi Q8 to Audi North Houston for service and had an outstanding experience. Eriek Griggers provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, clearly explained what was being done, and made sure I was involved every step of the way. What impressed me most was his willingness to go above and beyond by arranging a comfortable loaner vehicle with flexible terms, making the experience completely hassle-free. Professional, communicative, and genuinely customer-focused. Eriek is a great asset to Audi North Houston, and I highly recommend working with him.

  Our experience was great! We purchased our 2026 BMW M240i at Sewell. Ed Langthorp was our Sales Associate, he answered every question we had about the vehicle and made the whole process pleasant. We were very pleased when we looked at the paperwork and saw no extra fees etc. like we had so many times in the past with other car buying experiences, not to mention the dreaded finance part of it. None of that at Sewell, Ed and Andy made the whole process pleasant. The car was inside the bay detailed and ready to go, with a big red bow on it when we arrived to pick it up. We were very impressed that although they are an Audi dealer, Ed took the time to know all about the M240i we were buying. Well done Ed, Andy, & Sewell!
