  The car-buying process can often come with anxiety and uncertainty, but that was certainly not my experience at Sewell. Callie, Andy, and Lauren went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. Highly recommend the team at Sewell!

  I have a 10-year-old Audi and recently called this dealership to schedule an appointment to have diagnostics run for an A/C issue. I was extremely disappointed to be told that because my Audi is 10 years old, the dealership would no longer service my vehicle. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering this is the nearest Audi dealership to me and I live approximately two hours away. The age of the vehicle should not determine whether a customer can have their Audi serviced at an authorized dealership. If I am willing to pay for the diagnostic work and repairs, I should be able to bring my Audi in for service regardless of whether it is 2 years old or 10 years old. What is the point of purchasing and owning an Audi if, once the vehicle reaches a certain age, an Audi dealership will no longer service it? I have always viewed Audi as a premium brand, and I expected better support for its customers and vehicles. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and the way this was handled. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider whether I would purchase another Audi in the future.

  Thanks Brian for the great service at my almost being stranded need! To be able to get my extended warranty fix and have me ready by 3pm is amazing! I came wayyyy from Florida to visit and this happened. What amazing staff and craftsman work!

  I just purchased my fourth new vehicle from Sewell. The sales experience which was supported by Jack, Laura, Angel and Jeremy was fabulous and Laura and Angel put in a lot of effort to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and a good deal. I was considering Mercedes and BMW vehicles but in the end came back to Sewell and an Audi. The service experience at this dealership is also great. If you need a loaner when you get service schedule an early drop-off to ensure availability. I forgot to mention Business Coordinator Kristina Carson. She helped me purchase an extended warranty and then seamlessly get a refund when I purchased a new vehicle. She could not have been more patient, responsive and helpful!
