  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of West Houston! Colby was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They took great care of my Sprinter recall and got everything done quickly and smoothly. Really impressed with the communication and service. Highly recommend Colby and the team!

  I purchased a Mercedes 7 months ago, this was my experience in the service department and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was amazing from the receptionist that answered the phone to my service advisor Lauren. I will be returning to this location for all of my service needs. Thank you’ll so much !!!

  Juwan Jones, Service Drive Manager, was amazing and 100% focused on excellent customer service. We drove up without an appointment, he walked out of his way to ask what we needed and didn’t even ask if we had an appointment or not. He told us he could service us quickly, told us to go in and have a cookie and coffee and car would be ready soon. He proved service can we quickly and easily when there are good managers like Juwan leading the effort. We bout our car from another Mercedes dealer next to our home but terrible customer service so we drove 30 minutes to try this one and will come back here every time now. Customer service is important and Juwan gets that point across. We will be back.
