  The gentlemen who came out did a good job handling the complexities of our case. They both verified whether or not the insurance claim went through before starting the work and the glass was right. there were issues outside their control, but once we got the right things in place, Mark did an excellent job. He really went above and beyond to work with my schedule when we had to pivot to my work site instead of my home and he was very polite about it. After 2 reschedules, I’m glad Mark was the one to help us out.

  All of them were 100% polite, professional, and respectful. If I had to find anything wrong was the air conditioning system of the building one the best in the world, but they did everything they could make you feel comfortable.

  The Safelite technician, Mark, called at the beginning of the Appointment window to let me know that he was on his way, then showed up and efficiently installed the rear window of my Toyota SUV. He was on time, courteous, skilled, and committed to doing a good job, including vacuuming up any extraneous pebbles of glass. I paid the deductible for my insurance with my credit card. Easy Peasy!
