  On the road and picked up a rock. The safelite team came through with a repair when I was thinking replace was my only option. Anthony (the tech), knows his business and did an excellent job!

  This was the second time in five years that I’ve used Safelite for windshield replacement - and the first time using the mobile service. The entire process from scheduling an appointment to coordinating insurance coverage through to the tech visit and installation was done smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend Safelite based on my latest experience - especially having such a capable and courteous tech installer as Patrick come to my location to do the windshield replacement.

  The work was done right the first time. It wasn’t an easy repair as my vehicle has a heads up display requiring more calibration than normal. My registration sticker and ez pass sticker were also replaced. How I have no idea but I don’t have to deal with getting replacements which is great!

  I had a great experience with my technician Jaylen! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to have someone who genuinely takes pride in their work. I would definitely recommend safelite and would be happy to have him as my technician again! Thank you so much Jaylen
