Overall great experience! Booked appointment online, they followed up to confirm details, showed up and got my windshield replace in about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Whatever you do! Go anywhere else! I had a claim with Allstate for my windshield in Jan. My dashboard was damaged when the replaced my windshield. Then when they fixed that they damaged the paint on my car and did not correctly attach a piece. Then I had to bring my car back in to get that fixed. They barely pick up. I went in multiple times and the person they needed was not in. Would have to reschedule and then finally they decide to get me a rental car that they are paying for... Nope JK I am out money now becuase they only cover part!!! This has been the absoulte worst experience and I am sure my car is a mess becuase each time they worked on it they would not clean up. I am so disappointed and will never go back to a safelite again. More context: I will add some detail to my wife's email. The dashboard repair took 3 visits after the initial visit for it to be completed. This was due to lack of communication by the safelight team. They needed an offsite repair man who was not available or who was not informed that he was needed for the repair when I was told to show up. During this repair we were lucky that we have 2 cars because they held onto our car without informing us they would do this and without a timeline for when it would be completed. The paint damage was a similar scenario. The paint was damaged on pick up from the dashboard repair. I come for an appointment to have it repaired and they tell me that the person isn't there and I need to make another appointment. I make one several weeks in advance again. I call 10+ times to confirm the week before and confirm the person will be there and because they won't answer I have to go in myself to confirm the appointment. The following week I show up and the person they said would be there is not. Luckily they decide to accept the vehicle and arrange for a rental car and repair the damage. It was great they offered a rental car but they did not tell me this was necessary to keep the car which is what they the first time as well. In the presence of the employee that said we cover all the charges for your rental I agree to some temporary insurance with the enterprise while I drive it and pay for a deposit that now I know also included insurance charges. upon returning the vehicle I have a charge for insurance that is not a deposit from the enterprise. A few minutes later I talk to the same employee that told me they will cover everything from safelight and she says we don't cover insurance because you are the one driving the car. This has been a trully awful experience with this safelight. I have driven there between 10-12 times because of their inability to communicate, provide quality care of my car and poor customer care. All from an initial small windshield crack. It is not easy to get this safelight, sometimes driving 30 minutes to get there and because I just want to be done with this whole terrible process, I have gone the morning after working a 24 hour shift at a hospital overnight not sleeping for over 30 hours just to get this taken care of and have them not be prepared to do what they say they will. I don't like to complain but this has easily been the most ridiculous customer car few MONTHS that I have had to put up with.

I appreciate the prompt service. Even a small chip can grow into a big problem and the tech was very helpful.
