  I had a terrible experience. I waited 3 hours at my house and then they called to say they didn’t have what they needed to fix my windshield. Then I made an appointment at a nearby Safelite garage. They didn’t get it calibrated and they said I have to take it to my dealership. Then they pestered me to buy new wiper blades and today as it’s raining I’m finding that they aren’t as good as my used blades. They don't publish their telephone number so everything goes through a national phone bank and the phone they called me from when it was ready-they won’t answer. Now I have to drive to their garage to figure out my wiper blades while I’ve also waited over 48 hours for my dealership to even call me back for an appointment for my windshield!!

  They did a fine job replacing the windshield but left oily black fingerprints on the light tan fabric interior of my car. I don't think I will be able to get it out unless I try some type of professional car cleaners which i don't feel like I should have to do much less pay for. Ive tried reaching out and leaving messages but nothing back so far.

  Had a FANTASTIC experience with technician Chuck, who was very thorough in not just his work but in managing our expectations and customer service and special ways of what NOT do in handling the car for the first two days following the windshield. The windshield looked like factory original and the customer service from the tech was unmatched. Only negative: This location is extremely cold temp-wise so bring a light jacket or sweater.

  I took my car in for a service appointment scheduled online. The repair was supposed to take 7 hours. They kept my car for 48 hours because they ordered the wrong part and broke parts of the car that hadn't been damaged, yet they refused to take responsibility. The repair might end up costing me three times the initial quote.

  I scheduled an in-home appointment five days in advance. On the morning of the appointment, the company changed my service window from 12:00–5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. At 12:33 p.m., I received a text stating that the technician was on the way and would arrive between 12:40 and 1:10 p.m. He never showed up. At 2:15 p.m., I called to check on the appointment and was transferred to the technician. He claimed he had arrived, knocked on the door, and that I wasn't home. I was home the entire time. During the conversation, we confirmed that he had gone to the wrong address. I also verified that the correct address had been entered when I scheduled the appointment and again before writing this review. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and he continued insisting he had come to my home even after it was clear he had gone to the wrong address. A simple phone call or text to confirm the address would have prevented the entire situation. Instead, I lost an afternoon waiting for a technician who never arrived.
