  I had a crack in my windshield that needed same-day replacement, and Safelite was able to come to my home within just a few hours of requesting the service! Jesus was very communicative leading up to the appointment and completed the replacement in just 15 minutes. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Had an excellent experience with my windshield repair. Safelite was easy to use and the staff friendly and courteous! They arrived at the beginning of my scheduled time frame and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

  Benson deserves ALL the recognition for the incredible job he did replacing my windshield! He came out to my home and completed the entire windshield replacement right in my garage, which was already incredibly convenient, but what really stood out was how professional, personable, and thorough he was throughout the entire process. Benson took the time to explain everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what he was doing and what to expect afterward. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions, and I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. He also did an excellent job explaining the aftercare. He went over the important things I needed to know, including waiting 48 hours before getting the car washed and being mindful of the new windshield while everything properly sets. Those details may seem small, but having someone actually take the time to explain them gave me confidence that I knew exactly how to take care of the work he had just completed. And beyond the actual work, Benson was just a genuinely nice person. He was friendly, personable, and easy to talk to, which made what could have been a very stressful and inconvenient situation feel surprisingly pleasant. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Benson absolutely does. He was careful, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly wanted to make sure the job was done right, not just done quickly. Safelite, you have a GOOD one with Benson. He represents the company extremely well, and I told him that I had to write a review so that his company knows how much his professionalism and personality matter to the customer experience. Like I’m genuinely grateful! The windshield looks great, the service was excellent, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Give Benson ALL his flowers because he absolutely earned them!

  S/O to you guys at Safelite for making this an easy process. The ability to hand my key to a Shield Tech and not miss any work time was a God send 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.

  Called for an appointment at my nearest location, once there I did not wait more than 1 minute to speak to someone, once the technician came and let me know what work would be done, my vehicle was done quickly.
