  The service sucked today. I've had better service before but today they were a bit rude about it. They flat out told me that the person who helped me should've explained the difference between the car washes and encouraged a membership because of vehicle safe marker i had on my vehicle and then after the car wash didn't get almost any of it off at all (it literally wipes off with no problem with a damp towel), the same person told me I'd have to pay triple the amount I'd already paid for it. If they'd simply explained like the manager said they should've then I would've just gotten the unlimited one first time around, but I have no interest in paying 3x the amount I originally paid. I've been here before and my car didn't come out clean, but the service was the biggest problem today.

  I went to this location because it was in the area I was visiting. I’ve seen other locations going up all over but I never stopped. So I decided to stop only because I didn’t want to get on the road with a dirty truck. But I must tell you that this was the best decision I have made this week. The young lady that helped me was Haley and she was good at her job. She was helpful. Patient and I really appreciated all her help. I would definitely recommend this business to anybody looking to change up.

  My experience at the quick quack location on Louetta and vintage Parkway was amazing! My representative was I believe her name was Hailey. She was awesome. She was very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me in an in an amazing way she took time. She was patient with me. I had a hard time understanding how the methods were she stopped what she was doing even though the person behind me was very impatient. She took her time and she didn’t let that waiver in her customer service abilities. I would recommend this to many of my friends over and over again quick quack is the way to go. I left Mr. car wash for a quick quack because of the amazing service I received. Thank you Miss Hailey for being so patient and amazing.

  Go here all the time with my work truck and took it in again 6/13/26 and being a work truck I had my cooler and my jack that are both chained to the truck by the way they ran me thru the wash once all good did my vacumn and all good up to there all the mud didn’t come off so went back to run it again and I was gonna pay so that’s not the issue guy runs me thru than a manager or some short girl came out and looked in my trunk and stopped me and said I couldn’t go thru I told her I already did giving it a second pass and she said sorry they shouldn’t of allowed you in and basically kicked me out the line that’s unacceptable because I take my truck at least once a week always with the same stuff in the trunk and now it’s a problem. Lost customer.

  I am absolutely outraged by the treatment I received at the Quick Quack Car Wash near Cypress and Louetta. The attendant, Matt, and the manager, Casper, were incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I interacted with them. Casper in particular was dismissive, hostile, visibly annoyed, and used language and a tone that I found completely unacceptable from someone in a management position. To make matters worse, Casper openly called me a liar during our interaction, which was both insulting and completely unprofessional. I have been a customer at this location for quite some time and have never experienced anything like this. What makes this situation even more disturbing is that I was suddenly denied a car wash because I was told my vehicle had scratches, dents, and was "too old" to go through their wash. However, in the same conversation, I was referred to another Quick Quack location only a couple of miles away, which raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the reason I was denied service. The interaction only changed after I declined their membership offer and stated that I wanted to purchase a single wash for the day. Immediately afterward, I was treated differently and ultimately refused service. Based on how events unfolded, I was left feeling singled out, unfairly targeted, and discriminated against as a paying customer. Being denied service is one thing, but being treated with disrespect, spoken to in a vulgar and dismissive manner, and then called a liar by the manager is completely unacceptable. There was no valid explanation for why my vehicle was suddenly considered unacceptable at this location, yet apparently suitable enough to be sent to another Quick Quack nearby. The entire experience was humiliating, frustrating, and completely inconsistent with the customer service standards any business should uphold. I expect a full explanation for this treatment, a review of the conduct displayed by both Matt and Casper, and appropriate action to ensure no other customer is subjected to the same disrespectful and degrading experience.
