- MNMichael “Mike” NewmanOct 6, 20265.0This Quick Quack is not only the BEST Quick Quack, but the BEST car wash EVER! LOVE LOVE LOVE LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO LOVE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF PRINTED CIRCUITS IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY COMPLEX. IF THE WORD LOVE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE LOVE I FEEL FOR QUICK QUACK AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT. FOR YOU LOVE. LOOOOOOOVE.

- LSLegends Architectural StoneOct 2, 20261.0⚠️ BEWARE — THINK TWICE BEFORE BRINGING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE ⚠️ I have a black 2024 truck, and Quick Quack is the only car wash I use. I wash my truck almost weekly, and every single time I go through the wash, I towel-dry it myself in the bay before leaving. Because of that, I pay very close attention to the condition of my paint. After my most recent wash, I immediately noticed orbital/swirl-type scuff marks on the driver’s-side front quarter panel and door that were not there before. I reported the damage immediately and even used Quick Quack’s own iPad to take the photos for the claim. Otherwise, I would be posting those photos here. Nearly two weeks later, I finally received a call informing me that my damage claim had been denied. I spoke directly with Casper, the manager, and explained that I do not take this truck to other car washes. I also requested that the matter be reviewed by a supervisor. I was told she would speak with one, but that it would likely do “no good” because I would receive the same response. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a monthly Quick Quack member for approximately 8–10 years, at times paying for memberships for as many as five vehicles. I was also told there are limitations regarding damage claims based on the age of a vehicle. Mine is a 2024, so that certainly should not be the issue here. I’m not asking for special treatment. I expected the company I’ve supported for years to fairly investigate the damage, stand behind its service, and take care of a longtime customer when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, that did not happen. ⚠️ BEWARE BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE — especially if you care about your paint. A company’s reputation isn’t built only on what happens when everything goes right. It’s built on how they treat their customers when something goes wrong. Share this with friends and family who use Quick Quack so they can make an informed decision before taking their vehicle through the wash. This version is forceful but sticks closely to what you personally experienced, which generally makes a public Google/Facebook review more persuasive and defensible.
